It is disheartening to read order #170 has not shipped when my own order is #1575. A couple of order received confirmations in this thread would go a long way toward easing doubt.

One positive is it appears the guy has a B&M thus lessening the chance this is a hit and run scam.

Hoping for the best.

Let's tone things down folks. It's most likely they were totally unprepared for the flood of orders that would occur when Vapor Joe posted their deal. Let's keep the fraud and similar comments out of this. Thank you.

Unprepared is one thing, but they are still running this deal and still taking money while still not fulfilling my order from 3 weeks ago. And NO ONE has indicated receiving ANYTHING from them. :glare:

Tried calling twice today. No answer. Nobody has got there order. They are doing giveaways on there twitter when they cant even fullfill orders. I don't have a single flavor that they don't have ingredients for. Order was placed on the 11th. They have 0 customer service. Regardless if I get my order or not I will not be returning to them in the future.

When I did speak to them on the phone last week they said specifically they were waiting on one ingredient for the "O positive" I have to wonder what ingredient that mite be LOL Any vampire reports in Indiana lately?

I wonder if everyone else also ordered that and we are all waiting on the same blood, er I mean ingredient.

Today is the day they guaranteed shipment on the phone so it still mite happen but the blizzard may have delayed their shipment and mite be why they are not answering the phones. I'm trying to stay positive about it.

Update... well according to USPS, my shipment left Evansville, IL (which I assume is their hometown) yesterday and should be to me tomorrow (here in California).

Strange thing (if half of what I have read is correct) is he seems to be taking care of people out of order. No clue how I got mine processed prior to those with earlier order #'s, other than the fact that I did the online chat thing (on their website).

One big thing is if they are mixing in such a rush, I wonder about quality control..... particularly if they are hiring a bunch of new people

Well talked with Tim Gray on support chat and I must say he was very helpful. So I am hopeful things will be resolved quickly. Sounds like the were genuinely overloaded and they are trying to get orders out in a timely fashion. So much so that they have a night shift. My order is suppose to be sent out tomorrrow. I will keep you all updated.

Well talked with Tim Gray on support chat and I must say he was very helpful. So I am hopeful things will be resolved quickly. Sounds like the were genuinely overloaded and they are trying to get orders out in a timely fashion. So much so that they have a night shift. My order is suppose to be sent out tomorrrow. I will keep you all updated.

Order 1578 placed 1/21 here. I chatted with Tim Grey on Friday, myself. He said that my order was coming up next and it should be shipping asap. I got a tracking number on Saturday at 4:00 pm. It is Weds morning at 3:30 am, and the tracking still says "Pre-Shipment" No movement at all.

I did not order any of the flavors listed as delayed.

Ironically, I asked him if he recommends steeping, and he said that they steep them in house prior to sale, but that he always recommends more. It seems like this might be false if they are scrambling to fill orders... OR, maybe we are all waiting for the steeping process to happen before he ships.

An email update I got from them apologizes for the delay, and says that it's growing pains for a new company and that they are in process of hiring 10 people to help things run smoother in the future...

Placed my order on Jan 8 order # 303 and it is still awaiting fulfillment. Sent a couple of request on their web sight got one reply that made no seance and didn't give me a clue to why my order was taking so long. I have gotten some mass e-mails from them stating that they were waiting on flavors from their vendors but that has not changed any movement on my order. This order has taken longer than any thing I have ordered on line since I have started vapeing over a year and four months now. And that includes fast tech . So you can take that for what it's worth. I don't care if The Vapor Company's juice is the best juice I've ever had I will not be ordering from them again. I think I am just out the money from my order and will never see the product.

8 days from order to vaping... not too bad for my order...

Okay.. I can't get the thumbnail to go away, so I'll explain.

The second image is the bottles, which are inconsistently full. Some below the label!

I emailed them this morning, and got a response from Tim Gray within 15 minutes... he is going to replace the bottles with low levels, and assured me that he had some slackers working that have already been let go... Interesting.

He also assured me that they are 12ml bottles, so even the low ones are at least 10ml.

I think that he experienced more orders than he could have fathomed due to Vapor Joe's post... and BAM! Backorder city. Chaos. Frantic mixing, bottling and shipping like a crazyperson.

Spawnsharks, would you mind telling us what your order number was? It's good to see someone finally got their order. I'm #322, placed it on 1/8 and my order is still awaiting fulfillment. My order didn't contain any of the flavors that were requiring the ingredients they were short of. I'm extremely disappointed in the way they are handling their business. If they're not sending orders out as they were received I won't be doing business with them again, regardless of price or quality.
