I ordered on on Jan. 8th and still have not received mine. I sent two emails which were not replied to. One phone call that said my order will ship today (it has not), and one chat session...

ok, my apologies for any delay, but I see that the order is processed and awaiting shipment now. we ship out til 11 pm at night, so if it does not ship tonight, it will ship in the morning. Im going to check and if the order is still on the line, I will put a personal note on it to put a gift on your order by way of an apology from us.

Yeah I figured that's what it would be. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't ship

I saw that on old Joe's web site ......... almost needed a 'Depends' change. He's obviously in need of a "blast" from the folks waiting for orders from the last fiasco. To turn around and run another? Tim is all wet. Team "on standby"? H*ll bring 'em in NOW and fix what's wrong! Watch though - they will be swamped again and nobody will be the wiser unless someone blows the whistle HERE and spreads the word all over again.

Anyone reading here and ordering again expecting fast turnaround had best have a very liberal definition of "fast". And not gripe if disappointed - it'll be their own da*n fault.

I dropped Joe an e-mail............. thankfully they are free!:ohmy:

After reading this thread, there is no way a prudent business man would get behind these guys again. He seems proud of them! That tells me just what kind of guy Joe is!

We all have to eat, so it's ok to be in it for the money...but at least maintain some sort of quality brand. I know I emailed Vapor Joe to explain my experience with this company and I'm sure others did too, yet here they are advertising for them again.

Vapor Joes seems to be taking the approach that they'll throw anything out there, and you take the risk. So, it's really tainting the Vapor Joe's website in the end.

I am retired. I spent 30 years in business for myself. I firmly believe that "To Profit Is Moral! - And, We Fight Immorality Daily!!!" Getting a new customer is pretty easy. Keeping them is the tough part. Honesty, integrity, quality...are all ingredients to keeping them.

I honestly hate to see these young boys waste such a wonderful opportunity.

I'm googleing KJ right now.

I personally will not order from this company again. Don't get me wrong, I understand getting behind when Joe pimps a deal. My issue with The Vapor Company has less to do with the wait and more to do with the customer service.

I e-mailed last week about my order. After 48hrs, I emailed them again. I never got a response to either. A thread was started on Facebook about this company in which the owners started to post there. He directed us to his "live chat." I asked about the status of my order and he replied to give him a minute to check. That was the last I heard from him. Instead, he was posting replies on Facebook.

What really bothered me was when someone posted that they would wait to the orders catch up to place an order, he told them to order and let him know and he would get it out the door. Meanwhile dozens of people who ordered weeks ago are still waiting. I said screw it and disputed the charge with Pay Pal. Within 5 minutes, I got an e-mail saying my order was refunded. The next morning, I got two e-mails saying my order shipped. I never did get any refund.

I ordered 7 bottles of juice. 2 of the bottles had at least a ml less in them then the other ones. 5 of the flavors were horrible. The other 2 were not bad, but I wouldn't pay full price for them.

Tim tells Joe he has a team in place, yet there are still people who ordered on the first day of this sale that have not received anything. I have 5 friends that ordered on 1/8 that have not got their order. It seems he ships out by complaint rather than the order in which orders came in. I don't think this guy is trying to screw people over, but he is way over his head.

Order #908 from January 8. I've contacted the via email and chat... 3 times and get put off with some excuse or no response. My order is never coming but if it does - it's going in the garbage bin. I am not in the business of tracking down my order. And I certainly don't want a product that incompetent business owners make. I guess you live and learn. In the mean time I've placed 2 orders with Zeus and they are on the way
