Let me explain a few things.

The first post I did for them knocked the vendor down for over 7,000 bottles of liquid in 12 hours.
If you see a deal on my page for $1.99 / 10ml bottles and expect to get your juice in a normal time frame - your crazy. My blog crushes vendors with just a normal sale - a sale like this can put the most prepared vendor for weeks.

1000's of people ordered and he is a small operation. Its to be expected.

If you want to blame anyone - blame me. Im the reason he was behind.
Im sorry some of you are having issues but im not the Better Business Bureau.
I waited almost 30 days for my order too. I will not be pressured into listing or not listing someone. That's not how I work. If I like something - it goes up.

Joe, a lot of us appreciate what you do in the community. Where a lot of us have issue is the fact that he is pushing a deal and telling you he has the staff in place to handle it, yet there are a lot of people that haven't got orders from the very first day the original sale went up. If you have followed his facebook threads, there are people ordering right now, that if they give him their order number, he will ship ASAP. Meanwhile orders from the first day of the sale are still waiting. In my opinion, that is piss poor customer service.

I have purchased a lot of products from vendors on your blog. I can honestly say I have never had an issue with any one of them till now. All the dude needs to do is be honest with his customers. I for the life of me can't understand why he is pushing out another sale when he has got so many orders still waiting to ship. He could have nipped this problem in the .... a long time ago.

As far as I am concerned, I don't blame you. I get that you just put the deals out there and have no involvement with the companies. I blame the owner for continuing to sink himself. At some point, he needs to know when he is in over his head and take a step back to fix the problems, not compound them.

My order with The Vapor Company was #334 on 1/8/2014. I find it very disheartening to hear numbers higher than mine being shipped. I am seriously considering asking for a refund due to reports I have read here......bottles not filled properly, the conflicting information that it is made to order (not stored awaiting an order) yet Tim told me their products are pre-steeped, etc. I was also told that my order would ship the next day and I have yet to receive an email saying my order is shipped. He may be swamped and a small business, but I agree with others in that he should not have begun a new sale until he cleared out his orders from the first sale.

Joe:

I don't think anyone here blames you for not getting their orders - that blame falls directly on Tim.
What I don't understand is how you could pimp VaporCo's sale again when you yourself stated you waited nearly 30 days for your order.

This thread was 10 pages long with people complaining of unfulfilled orders, no customer support, orders not going out in the order they were received, etc when you reposted VaporCo's sale on 2/1 - were you unaware of the troubles?

While I don't expect you to know everything about the sales and products you blog about, I did expect some due diligence on your part.
I have followed your blog since I've discovered vaping but to me, your credibility has taken a big hit with this.

For VaporCo's part, it's not the long ship times, but the other afore-mentioned issues that will keep me from ever ordering from them again.

I think they made many mistakes here but I don't understand everybody getting upset over orders not going out in order.

If I order 10 juices but one is not available (which is what they said on the phone) then you order 9 of the juices that are available I would expect your order to ship before mine.

I think the lesson to be learned here is that if a juice is not made and ready to ship, it should be marked as "out of stock" on the site you are ordering from.

Based on other reports I will not trust this juice when I get it. The negative customer service calls people have reported have been very telling of the kind of owners we are dealing with here. I will not Vape it until I test it. I am already concerned about the reported added dyes and lack of ingredient lists but the shortness of liquid in bottles concerns me the most. Incorrect Nic levels could be deadly.

They told me personally on the phone they would ship last tuesday and it has not.

If the Nic turns out correct I will give it a fair review on taste but it will have to be some pretty dame good tasting stuff to want to deal with this fiasco again.

I also would not blame your advertising site Joe, they have dropped the ball on many levels, if they were not prepared for the sale they should not have had one and the second sale is really dumb.

I just want to post my conversation with Len at TVC for everyone to see.

[Removed]
I guess that means I still have another 48 hours to wait before it even leaves their business. I must be missing something because his comments make no sense to me having done business UPS shipping before in my work. UPS should be coming by everyday to pick up that days shipping. *shrugs*

The order status on the web site still shows "awaiting fullfillment". While there, a chat window poped up so I chatted:

Self edited to remove chat conversation in order to not violate forum rules -- oops.

I was told my order will ship in 48 more hours - I just can't wait... Seeing will be believing!

They have a low fixed shiping rate. UPS rates are going to kill any profit. They seemed to have killed any future - repeat - business, themselves.

The flavors are bland imo. The gummy shark flavor is sour if that is your thing. The rest are just meh. The orange flavor taste like tang but not flavorful idk how to explain it. A very artifical taste. All in all im very disappointed. Won't be placing another order.

Edit: My bottles were all filled to below the top of the label. All of them.

So this live chat Window only pops up on its own? It doesn't have a dedicated tab or anything? I need to be a squeaky wheel now that I am moving in 2 weeks.

Just hang around the page after you have signed in. It took about minute for me to get my pop-up.

Someone mentioned this a few pages back, and I agree ...

For $1.99 you get 10ml of just about any flavor you can think of, including Tobacco. A little bit of math sheds a dark cloud over this "great deal". At $1.99 for 10ml (if you're lucky), you end up paying $6.47 (fifty cents for shipping included) for a 30ml bottle (if they sold them). Of course, I mean the Tobacco-flavored variety labeled as 18mg of nicotine.

If you're like me and order the 100ml variety, that's $19.41 (assuming the shipping cost is per order and not per bottle). I use FastTech (or you may call it SlowTech), but I get a 100ml bottle of 18mg tobacco (Marlboro) and I pay $7.66 for a 100ml bottle and no shipping. It takes roughly 20 days to arrive.

So, what am I missing here?

What are you missing? Logic? Most seem to be buying 10ml bottles - the ones the SALE (and of course all the issues) is all about. It's sort of obvious, huh? Logic. Yup - it's more expensive @ times ten bottles - don't buy. Ya' already knew that .... see!;)

Normally, what you are missing is American sourced PG, VG, and Nicotine. (Flavorings frequently come from all over.) In the case of The Vapor Company, I am not sure. It is probably American sourced. But that is just a guess.

as i mentioned a few pages back, the bottle these juices shipped in was 12.5ml, not 10ml...i dont think the juices were short. did anybody receive 10ml bottles? i thought the flavor in the watermelon was great.

Not sure if these are 12.5 ml bottles or 10 ml bottles... All I know is not all of the bottles that I got were level. I measured the "low" ones out and it ranged between 5.75 and 7.5 ml.

Regardless of what size bottle I got, the amount of juice was lacking.

I got 7 bottles. Sitting side by side, 2 of my bottle were short by at least a ml. None were filled to the same level.

That, Sir, is not logic. Especially when some folks here are making large orders.

But, as you hint, the niggling problem is that they don't tell you the origin of the raw materials.

I wouldn't waste the time ordering again from these guys. I placed my order on the 8th and received it on the 31st. I know they had a ton of orders so I was expecting a little wait but their customer service sucks. I ordered 10 bottles, 3 of the flavors they swapped out because they didn't have ingredients for them. It would've been nice to pick the ones they were swapping for. Makes me a little more disgruntled when I'm told the reason they haven't fulfilled my order yet is because they were waiting on flavors from a vendor so l wait and still don't get those flavors. They did throw in an extra bottle and a code for a free bottle with my next order. I'm not sure of the size of the bottles but most were 3/4 full. Thinking the freebie made my order whole for the full 100ml. Overall I think the flavors are alright but kinda light on taste - probably because all are 75vg/25pg.
