I placed my order back on January 17th, and (surprise, surprise) still awaiting fulfillment. Have sent multiple e-mails and called multiple times without a single response... time to dispute the charges i suppose, good times

just wanted to update that they straightened out my order and sent the tracking info for the promo bottles that i got. if you PM me your order number, name, and everything you ordered, i'll give them a call. i dont work for this company and i have no affiliation with them, but i do like the juices i've tried so far. so maybe if you want to touch base with me i can call them on your behalf and help straighten it out for you. i just want people to enjoy what they have to offer. if they are going to keep the prices of their juice at 1.99 and are simply ironing out the kinks here and make good with everyone, and they did for me, then i'll do a little extra to ensure people give them a fair shot, because the juice is good. i like the mix as well as the flavors, and honestly its a versatile juice. if either of you guys wanna message me i can help out, maybe i got lucky when i got in touch with em. i would recognize the guy's voice i talked to on the phone and he was totally helpful.

I thought this was a good place to put this, sorry if it off topic.
I just got an email from them advertising 18650 batteries with a capacity of "5000" mah" for 9.99.
Although I haven't tried any of these batteries, from experience I can tell you this is a total rip off.
These batteries will not evan come close to that capacity.
High end manuafacturers are just now selling batteries at/near the 3000 mah capacity.
If you want to try out these batteries you can find them listed on Amazon must cheaper, you can also read the reviews.
I'd also be worried about the safety of these cells.

Just trying to help the community.

Tommy

edit:I found a few test that were done on batteries that were advertised the same and looked just like the ones in question. The test showed a capacity of 1000 mah which is what I expected.

I give up, order was placed Jan 15 for 18 bottles, 7 emails, 5 messages on their website and 2 phone calls and not one response.
I'm done. Time to dispute the charges, file with the better business bureau, and post negative on all forums warning people of this company. I would not mind the wait if I had some type of communication but all most 60 days and not one response, that is totally unacceptable and I will warn anyone to stay away, FAR AWAY from these people.
I can’t believe that they are trying to pawn off these 5000ma batteries. Anyone that knows anything about batteries know these are fakes, not only do they take your money for juices, now they are trying to push fake batteries on people that don't know any better. This is not what I call a respectable company and will make sure they don't rip off other people. What are they going to sell next? Everlasting Atomizers?

The best you could do is never buy from them. Complaining to the BBB is the biggest waste of time. They do nothing at all. This company is just a bunch of ....... Just listen to all these complaints and stay away.

I have a bunch of these batteries. I bought them for an electronics project I was working on. I paid $1.79 each for them. That was $1.79 too much. Out of the 10 I bought, only 7 actually hold a charge. With a 500ma draw under load, 5 of the batteries die within an hour. The remaining 2 make it to about 1hr 15min. I wasn't expecting to get 5,000mAh, but to not even pull 1,000 is a joke.

I think most of us have already given this clown a fair shot. 2 months and counting for some of these people waiting for their juice. That is beyond ridiculous. Compound that with the unanswered e-mails, a growing list of excuses, out-right lies, messed up orders, missing bottles, etc, etc, etc.........

I was one of the first people to order when Joe pimped his site. After a month, I e-mailed him just asking for a status update. After no reply 48 hours later, I e-mailed him again and got no reply. A few days later, there was a thread started on Facebook about this company and Tim Grey was telling people to try his new live chat feature to get help. I did. He asked me for my order number and told me to give him a minute to check on it. That was the last I heard from him. Instead, he was making posts on Facebook. What really torqued me up was I was already waiting for a month for my order, yet on Facebook, he replied to someone stating that if they ordered and posted there order number, he would ship it right out.

He couldn't take a few moments to let me know the status of my order, but within 5 minutes of me disputing the charge with Paypal, he changed the order status to refunded. He didn't of course. Instead he shipped out the next day. Paypal on the other hand did refund me. The juice I got, most of it was horrible. My friends wouldn't even vape it. A month later, another package showed up. No packing slip, no note, nothing. Most of the bottles were not even juices I ordered the first time.

The Vapor Company is the worst I have ever dealt with period. I feel bad because I pointed a few friends to his site after I ordered and they all had to deal with the BS too.

I am sorry, but Tim Grey has no business running a business. People shouldn't have to be bending over backwards to get what they paid for. There are too many reputable, proven companies out there to deal with the crap.

Update...
My order of 1/27 arrived today! 45 days to get juice from Indiana?
The order was correct but did not include the free juice that was promised after I contacted the company 3 times.
I dislike when people make empty promises that they have no intention of keeping.
Haven't tried it yet, but I don't care how good this stuff is, I won't deal with this company again.
Trust is a valuable quality that I don't mind paying a little extra for.

i loaded up one of my tanks with the royal banana milkshake that was the promo juice i requested and its actually quite good. i can understand people not wanting to give it a chance, but with minimal probs out of em i can still be impartial and enjoy the juice. i have done a lot of mailorder over the past 20 years on my own and i know how much of a pain it is so i can sympathize with their company. perhaps running this special in the spring would have worked better in their favor when there isnt a ton of snow and new employees. i paid less for the juice than what they spent on the shipping and i still have a bunch left. sorry to those of you who have had problems.

a few people have pm'd me with their orders and im gonna call em tomorrow just to let em know that i got it and dig it, and also talk to them about these people's orders to try and take care of these probs some of you are having. if anybody else wants me to relay their info to them, post in this thread and i'll bring it up with em. include your order number, email address you ordered with, your name and the quantity and flavors you ordered and i'll see if i can help some people get their juice.

I understand your position to a point, but the lack of preparation is inexcusable. When you run a promo such as this you need to have reliable and trained employees in place regardless of cost. The reason for these types of promos is to gain market share, not to make a profit. you will often lose money in the short run in order to profit in the long term. This company ran a promotion when it was totally unprepared. They had no inventory control in place, no shipping software to speak of, a complete lack of managerial oversight, too many flavors on offer, etc ... and most importantly no trained employees.

How else could you explain people placing an order in early January and still not receiving them, and others placing an order in late February and receiving them, while others still received orders they didn't place and/or received more bottles than they ordered. Some bottles are barely two thirds full, while others are filled to the brim. Some bottles are even mislabeled. On top of that an often arrogant and defensive response mixed with b.s. excuses, when they even bother to respond to inquiries.

Could you blame people not trusting a vendor with the above problems, in a completely unregulated market, with consumable products that contain toxic elements if not handled properly or are administered in incorrect amounts ?

I personally received my order in four different batches, between 29 and 41 days after i ordered them. In all i received twice as many bottles as i ordered. Some flavors i ordered and didn't receive, while i received flavors i didn't order. I decided not to use the flavors that were bright red and bright blue. Out of the ones i tried some were quite good, some were ok, some were bad and a couple were absolutely outstanding.

The shame of it is that had they been prepared for this sale and had fewer flavors and no artificial coloring, they might have made a go of it because they have enough flavors that are quite good imo.

As it stands, i will not order from this company.

I agree with you completely, but also have to add that they didn't have just one sale...while in the midst of being overwhelmed with orders from the first sale that were still not being shipped to their customers, they went and ran another sale...then, they were also sending promos about yet another sale to their customers...many of whom that still hadn't received their orders from the first sale...its one thing to sympathize with a vendor that simply didn't foresee the number of the orders they'd get that they were ill equipped to handle, but its quite another to try to be understanding when they exacerbate the problem by piling on with more sales while not taking care of prior orders in a timely manner...that's just bad business...

Yes, i forgot to mention your point, which is the craziest part of the whole thing. That was like pouring salt on the wound. In a weird way, i am impressed by the set of balls on this guy though. A complete lack of common sense however. It's as if he is deliberately trying to sabotage his own business. Just mind boggling !
