What was most laughable about one of the sales is that he promoted it as a customer 'appreciation' sale.
I'd say fulfilling the outstanding orders would show greater appreciation than throwing yet another sale, which hasn't really ever ended.
I'm resigned to the fact I may never see my order. As I live outside the US, kinda glad I won't have to pay any additional cost.

Moved on to another vendor which seems a lot more on things than this joke.

Well said Mazinny. I don't know if it is just that Tim Grey doesn't know how to run a business or if there is something else going on. Either way, he has been shooting himself in the foot since day one.

Well, i don't necessarily think it's an either/or question. The former is quite obvious, but somehow i doubt the latter. A well executed scam doesn't run like this.

This guy reminds me of plenty of people i worked with. They are pretty good at a couple of things, but somehow in their own mind they think they are great at everything. When things go wrong, instead of admitting to the particulars of their mistake and correcting them, somehow they are convinced that everything was stacked against them and all that could go wrong did go wrong. Circumstances are to blame, not their actions or lack of actions.

The only way this business could be salvaged is to hire someone capable of running the business end of things, and concentrate on refining, streamlining and improving the juice line. I doubt this will happen though judging by the arrogance he displays. Classic behavior for people with a highly exaggerated opinion of their own acumen and abilities.

That may well be. I don't particularly want to call as it will cost me a fair bit to do so from outside the US.

Thing is, they updated me to awaiting shipping. However, that was two weeks ago! If it's ready to be shipped, does it really take two weeks or longer to do just that? Just seems they're stalling, which has pi$$3d me off no end.

Today, I get a "Last Chance" offer - they are changing their flavor line. "Get them now, because some flavors will never be available again".

Yea, right. I'm gonna rush right out...

The interesting thing in the email is the owner's complaining about all of us trying to contact them. We were so terrible since we used the phone, emails, and over 20 different social networks...

Duh... If he had responded or delivered, he would not have these troubles. Now, in order to make his life easier, he requests all communications go through the office phone - during office hours.

Yea, right.

My advice is to stay away from this company. It is more than just him being "in-over-his-head", it is now arrogance.

And now, I will forget about him again...

Thereis a new thread on Facebook on the MOD Envy page about this company. Again, it is every one else except Tim to blame for all the issues. Funny thing is, people are complaining Tim isn't answering their e-mails and live chat. What does Tim tell them to do? PM him and he will answer.

Wonder why the big change up in his juice line? It's world famous. lol.

Day 57 - I finally received my order, which was placed on 1/17. I had ordered 15 bottles - 3 each of 5 different flavors. Amazingly, the order is correct, and all the bottles but one are filled to the top. No bizarre colors, but an unpleasant odor that I can't quite pinpoint. I did order Wake & Vape, which is no longer on their site, so that could be it. Or maybe it's the Chicken & Waffles. There were no freebies. No code for a free bottle, either. I guess they realize that I'm never going to order from them again.

the ones with the bizarre color in my order were Cherry nuke, Blue Waffle, and the cinnamon one whatever it is called Red something or other.

So I opened a bottle of Royal Banana Milkshake today (steeped overnight) expecting the worse. As much as I hate to admit it, it was pretty good. Not great but better than average. Too bad this guy treats his customers with less respect than a drug dealer treats a crack ...... Just sayin'.

yeah the Royal Banana Milkshake was ok. The flavors i thought were the best were Chocolate Sin, Karma and Reeze Kup. A few others were pretty good too.

yeah i feel the same way about reluctantly admitting they have a few good flavors.

I understand your position to a point, but the lack of preparation is inexcusable. When you run a promo such as this you need to have reliable and trained employees in place regardless of cost. The reason for these types of promos is to gain market share, not to make a profit. you will often lose money in the short run in order to profit in the long term. This company ran a promotion when it was totally unprepared. They had no inventory control in place, no shipping software to speak of, a complete lack of managerial oversight, too many flavors on offer, etc ... and most importantly no trained employees.

How else could you explain people placing an order in early January and still not receiving them, and others placing an order in late February and receiving them, while others still received orders they didn't place and/or received more bottles than they ordered. Some bottles are barely two thirds full, while others are filled to the brim. Some bottles are even mislabeled. On top of that an often arrogant and defensive response mixed with b.s. excuses, when they even bother to respond to inquiries.

Could you blame people not trusting a vendor with the above problems, in a completely unregulated market, with consumable products that contain toxic elements if not handled properly or are administered in incorrect amounts ?

I personally received my order in four different batches, between 29 and 41 days after i ordered them. In all i received twice as many bottles as i ordered. Some flavors i ordered and didn't receive, while i received flavors i didn't order. I decided not to use the flavors that were bright red and bright blue. Out of the ones i tried some were quite good, some were ok, some were bad and a couple were absolutely outstanding.

The shame of it is that had they been prepared for this sale and had fewer flavors and no artificial coloring, they might have made a go of it because they have enough flavors that are quite good imo.

As it stands, i will not order from this company.

i totally agree with you. if they had the employees in place to handle the business better, i dont think things would have ran so roughshod for them and they could have turned the negatives into a positive in the first few weeks. my main point in giving em a chance is the value of the juice (when you get it) and are rooted in that for the money and the patience. people are generally in the know about fasttech and how its a great value for the time investment and lets be honest, the vapor company probably end up making 75 cents on an order of 2-4 bottles of juice because of the messups and the shipping. i definitely agree about the coloring too, i got two bottles of watermelon smash, the first was nearly clear with just the slightest pink tint and the other was nearly bright red. needless to say i only used the first bottle, but i definitely liked it, and it lasted me a minute and i added a little with othertanks i mixed up of honeydew or pear. but that kind of inconsistency isnt one that im really down with and im beginning to agree that they are a bit too inconsistant for my taste. on top of that, i and im sure others of you received an email from them today that said all this:

for me personally this is a bit of a bummer because i have pg sensitivity and i was happy enough with their stuff to give em more of a shot with other flavors. the 75/25 vg/pg ratio they used was a good value for me because its not like i can find a $2/10ml juice that has that breakdown and is a somewhat complex flavor. usually all i can find is the other way around with the vg/pg. i dont vape a ton anyway, so getting 1 or 2 bottles from them and them sending 2 extra for the mixup was all i invested into it and i was more than happy with em. honestly this has sorta made me decide that im gonna get into my own mixing in some capacity. i mainly mix flavors up as it is. im going to give em a call on monday and ask about the flavors theyre keepin, i really dig the royal banana milkshake i got from em and who knows, maybe i can talk to them about doing a 100%vg or something. if they kept the 75/25 vg/pg mix, i'd order 3 or 4 more bottles from them i think, but even 50/50 juices make me itch like crazy.

My order was placed on Feb 3rd and STILL says awaiting fulfillment. I am order # 2372. This is just utterly ridiculous. This guy continues to sell full price bottle orders on a daily basis but still hasn't fulfilled all the sale orders. If I EVER get my first order I know I won't be wasting my time on a second one!!!!!

I ordered on jan 8 and payed paypal, lots of lies and BS from Tim later I placed a claim and got my money back. My friend placed an order on Jan 9th that was still awaiting fulfillment last week when he contacted his credit card company to dispute. I even saw a post on thevapor.co facebook page from last week, the guy is still waiting for order #1** something.

I mentioned this in the other thread, but for the people vaping this stuff, how much nicotine is in your juice? They can't even get the bottles level. Is this stuff made in a suitable environment? He doesn't care about his customers, what makes you think he cares about the quality of the product?

Just throwing it out there, I ordered the first week of January over $100 in juice and after a month and a bit of not receivibg order I emailed them and got a reply saying my order wpuld be shipped in 48 hours. Two weeks later it was still awaiting fulfillment so I emailed again...no reply...last week I said I wanted a refund if not shipped by a certain date in which he obliged to via email...still waiting and not impressed. Doesnt look good on VJ....really looks bad on Joe posting the deal a second time....and even worse for the Vapor Company to have 2 more sales when the first sale orders are not shipped.

I wont be ordering again no matter how good it is, nothing is worth this wait...in a little over a week itll be 4 months...

Finally got my order #1111 placed on Jan 9th yesterday - that's about 65 days!

Even worse, I ordered 4 different flavors and only got three with a note on the invoice "SORRY - OUT OF STOCK" and a double-up on one of the other flavors.

Unbelievable - 65 day wait, incomplete order, and no freebie, coupon or anything in form of an apology.

Never Again.
