WEIRD........... The standard Vmod sealkit is out of stock, but the 2nd one for the XL & 2.0 'still' allows adding to cart (I just checked it again).

I do not agree with "both"......I am looking at the orings Brian sent me from Vapage and there are 2 distinct sizes. One is a 9 mm .... i think ..... based on a 9mm x 1.5mm oring I have for the GG...they are identical diameters ....not thickness. The Vapage is thinner...so 1 mm seems correct

The 9 mm is the larger of the two distinct sizes.... I have 5 mm and it is smaller than the smaller Vapage oring.... how much smaller??...no clue but I'd guess the smaller Vapage is a 6 mm or 7 mm.

I found a good shop with o-rings, but:
outside dimensions of the different materials of which they are made:
NBR - Oring.pl
FPM - Oring.pl
MVQ - Oring.pl
EPDM - Oring.pl
who would be ok? and exactly what size should I choose?

smilee....I suggest NBR 70.....it is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR)
NBR 70 is soft
NBR 80 not so soft
NBR 90 not soft but Hard

Size is yet to be determined................................ I think one will be 9 mm x 1.0 mm
D = 9,00 mm
d = 1,00 mm

Hey everyone, I got a message from Brian with the o-ring specs. He said he can't post here himself because of being the supplier. He promised to custom make a gorgeous sleeve just for me, (OK, only kidding about that last bit hehe) but he did say that they hope to have the XL sleeves out in a few weeks time. Anyway here are the measurements in metric.


11mm X 9mm X 1mm
OR
OD = 11mm
ID = 9mm
Wall thickness = 1mm

The smaller one goes stretched on the collar itself and the larger in the pack goes down in the feed neck. HTH
