Here's a suggestion for Vapage. Get tons of the o-rings! They wear out pretty fast if you swap cookers. And offer a cheap first class letter delivery for them instead of having to use the regular parcel shipping on a $2 necessity item. Then people won't be hesitating. Or running without them, which is sub-optimal and kind of messy.

Do we have the specifications of the orings posted? I made an order for the GG stuff I have from an American oring manufacture and the cost was like......pennies per oring...so I purchased 20 of each size needed. I share them with other GG owners for the cost of a Forever Stamp.
The same type of arrangement can be done for the VMOD community.

Wow Kami, how awesome and kind of you! I think I remember reading way back in this thread that Vapage would't give out the o-ring size. I may have misunderstood though. So if anyone knows the size please chime in :).

No, I wish somebody knew. It seems it's not a common size.

Just an update. I'm having a new love affair du jour with my 1.5 ohm HH.357. They do take a week or so to break in. But then they start to behave. After two weeks it gets even better. The long barrel would be an improvement, i think, but mamma that baby puts out! If this keeps up, it's definitely worth more than the $20. The combination of flavor, throat hit and vapor is truly awesome. The reviewer was knocking the loose steel wool mesh. There's a method to this madness. And the 1.5 ohms means that even if the Vmod isn't cleaned with contact cleaner, and even as the battery starts to sag, which is where the Vmod starts to get that "unsatisfying" thing, there's plenty of leftover voltage to truly fire the .357.

Fernand what is that? I have seen it mentioned often on this thread. Is it a carto or an atty? Thanks.

EDIT: It's OK, I googled it :).

Has anybody had a crack in the housing above where the bottle twists in? I was changing my batt today, slid the cover off and there i see a fine crack about 1/2" ... doesn't seem to be a problem so far, and i can't imagine how that would happen either.

Yes I had the same thing hapen to my mine I put some super glue on the crack . It was one of the vmod xls from the first run in december

It's funny that a problem that plagued the original diddle Vmod should return! Seems like the metal "heart" of the unit is still press-fitted into the plastic, and the seat can crack. Gluing it should solve it for now. If there's any depth to the crack, Gorilla glue is a better filler since it expands as it sets. Vapage has replaced cracked units in the past.

As to the HH.357, I dunno about "smooth as butter", mine is still like butter in a frying pan at times. Goes totally smooth for a while, then starts spitting and gurgling again, and then bam I get a dry hit on occasion, in spite of being very careful. The feeding with that double chamber effect is tricky. The whole experience is a bit finicky. Maybe with age it will get to the land o' perpetual bliss. It's still absolutely amazing, though, nothing like it. I can get a nic'OD with 8 mg/ml juice.

Funny you mention it because I had that happen on mine!!! Opened a support case and Vapage will cover it under warranty as they haven't seen this problem before mine. Just haven't had a chance to send it back as I'm too busy enjoying it. Maybe it's the curse of the vaping Tiki. :)

Guys! If these are cracking, you have a warranty!! Why pay good money for a Mod and then try to work around a flaw like that? Let Vapage know, so that this can be addressed and corrected.
thanks for that karma, i just emailed vapage and mentioned that another had this issue too so it could be a flawed batch.
