I ordered mine Dec 27, and it arrived today (in Ohio). Pretty fast. Unfortunately the batteries arrived today as well (I was hoping they'd get here yesterday so I could have the charged and ready to go. Got them charging now. I need to look up how long to charge them. I read the other day, but I seem to have forgotten.

Charger should turn green when done, hopefully! Did you take one out just to try it out yet?

Just got my XL! Very sharp looking mod. Using my 5V battery w/spacer and a SR Joye 510 atty. So far so great! Just gotta get used to the feeding system.

Awesome, how you like it compared to the Grand?

I just got my XL in the mail. Haven't tried it yet, but I have a question. Has anyone used 901 or 808 adapters on the XL? I have a stash of 510 stuff, but I also have quite a few 901 atomizers and 808 cartomizers.

ukeman, great suggestion on the home made DT for the io6. My XL is now sporting a very pretty red ceramic tip! It was a bit tight to fit in there, but again, I persisted, and won.

Well I have Vanilla Ice in the bottle, and am using a SR510 atomizer. It is wonderful. However I don't believe I will give up my REO. On a trail ride, I would be afraid of the XL breaking if dropped then getting stepped on by a 1000lb horse. So I will just have both. I like the feel of the XL.

Not yet. They've only been charging for about 2 hours now. I'm trying to be patient. I guess I could go ahead and load the bottle up with juice to have it ready.

Brian (at Vapage) threw a Vmod out the second story window into the factory's parking lot. Still worked fine. As far as a 1000lb horse...can't say much on that one!

Tat drilled a hole in the side of a hollow 901 adapter & is using 901 attys in the XL.

Thanks Kat, well the mail lady let me down today NO XL......but I did get my 306lr atties in and my DK Tab has never taseted like this!!! I have yet to forage through other flavors as this is where I am stuck for now!! I can see I am going to make myself nic sic already LMAO......but man it taste good and I LOVE the heat and throat hit, this is what I have been missing since I started vaping!!!

Yeah the mail runs tomorrow, thank goodness. I got the Dk tab at Vapor God, now wishing I would have gotten a bigger bottle. I will be going through my flavors and see the difference over the next couple of weeks and par some down. So far I am liking Ry4, DK tab, for the tobaco flavors, wierd tho I was a menthol smoker and don't care much for menthol now, in fact it almost turns my stomach. I am noticing I am going towards more rich complex flavors intead of fruit.

The Silo Carto & Universal Hybrid which come in the kit are both nice.

Resistance, type, & brand are all just preferences.

Agree 100% .. I think a lot of it has to do with vape style.

I'm totally into DIY and because of that I don't mind wasting a little juice here & there - so I tend to be a 'puffer', I'll take 1 or 2 (or 3) short puffs followed by a long inhale.

Now (because of this, I think) I'm finding that I really like their Atty's & Carto's - but - not on the Vmod XL (bear with me here). On the XL, it's the 306's that are just rockin' me world - whereas I'm finding their A's & C's to be a bit of a hot vape on the XL.

On the other hand, I love their A's & C's on other mods!

I've got the Ultra Max w/ RES (world's biggest drip shield), they are one of the coolest but quirkiest mods ever made - can gurgle like crazy, or at least it did until I put a Vapage Hybrid on it! Wham, bam, problem solved - the gurgles immediately went away and the flavors are now awesome - it's the only atty I'll use on that mod.

I took the Silo off the XL and put it on a Sneaky Pete - Holy Heck Hairball ! - flavor from a carto !!

imo it's all worth it to try an i06 LR 1.5 on the XL.... with the IMR AW 18650 they are a match made in vape heaven.

Ah, I think Vaporgod uses Perfumer's Apprentice flavorings, so it's not the original Dekang DK-TAB. I used to DIY a lot and have used that flavoring and it's pretty good, though.

If you haven't already you might want to try taking Tobacco flavors and sweetening 'em a tad with Fruit flavors.

Peach & Apple work really well with Tobacco!

I don't think this atty comes with primer, so I would screw on the atty and drip about 6 drops in the atty and also give it a squeeze and try it out. And if I'm not mistaken, someone said either the atty or the carto should sit for a while to absorb the juice, so it may take a while for the full flavor to come out.

OMG too cool, I loved the flavor so much that I had ordered a big bottle of TPA's dk tab flavor and was hoping it was close, now I am just tickled uknowwhatless!! Thank you soooooooooooooo much for the heads up..

You (karma and red) might enjoy the juice of the year thread. And the really big RY4 thread, too.

Talk about mixing it up. I inadvertently dripped a bit of RY4 onto the XL (it had Snickerdoodle in the bottle). WOAH, delish! LOL

uke, I'd also love to know what other attys and cartos others are using on the XL (besides 306s and io6s). Right now, after spending so much energy getting the io6 on it, I do not want to change it up!

Spaz, redgirl is correct. The attys can take a bit of juice soaking initially, and IF you can wait, give it a little while. You don't need to squonk on the XL. No gravity and a very different feeding system.
