Yep DH still smokes, he does work offshore so I am only around it half the time lol..... he has started going outside and I didn't ask him to, in fact told him he didn't have to. He will pick up my pv on occasion and start vaping, he likes a diy juice I make the best so far..so there is hope
That's what I figured cause I have been up and down IKV(everyday
) and that's all I find
Tat, I've got a close friend who started vaping last summer, but stopped. She's not a big time smoker, but she still wanted smokes. One day I gave her a Barfly. She LOVED it and ordered about 7 more of them. I told her that perhaps it was time to get a real kit with rechargeable batts? LOL. She did and she's a vape monster now.

I gave the one I got free with my XL and my stepmother went to vaping now, I ended up giving her all my 510 starter stuff, and a pass thru ego, she is happy...so both my parents are converts..I'm still trying to get pops to stop
I got the Barfly methol, it's not a bad little vape, it sure surprised me!
Well right now I got him going on a simple Janty stick with a IKV LR 801 Fusion, but he says it's to powerful
So I guess I'll have to break into my "work stash" of SR fusions and see if that worksReceived my XL this evening and have been vaping it for about 4 hours now. I have to say you guys are right - this thing is great! After waiting so long I had to try it so I popped one battery in the XL and the other in the charger (they did have a charge on them).
So far I'm real impressed with the Silo that was on it. I'm a dripper and not a big carto fan (well, except for ce2's in my tank on my GLV2 5V) but this thing is working nicely so far. I'm looking forward to trying the Universal Hybrid and the AMG Hybrid 1.5's. Tomorrow!
AG - Thanks for posting the original video review and all of the feedback/help you've provided throughout this thread. And thanks to all of the other VModians. All of the rave reviews helped me pull the trigger on this mod. I had been looking for a new mod and a bottom feeder was high on the list. I like the idea of a no-nonsense mod that we keep me happy for the better part of 2 days - big battery and plenty of juice!
Those of you still stalking the mailman - it's worth the wait! Hopefully you'll get a package tomorrow (sorry Smilee!).

I received my vmod XL today and have been vaping it for a couple of hours. So far I am very impressed! Vapage is going to upgrade my vmod too. I really can't believe that I like it as much as I do. Go Vapage!
Your post keep making me wamt to try this atty, as well as the HH 357....you all need to stop talking about all this good stuff
I still think it's very hard to beat a fresh Boge 2 or Resurrector 1.7. It's just that they start to go downhill after a few days, and get gunky and gunkier, harder draw, while a good atty just keeps on truckin'.
I see what ya means, sorry Tat, they have renamed everything, and they're apparently out of stock. No wonder, the database can't find e'm with the name change, LOL.
But here is what my invoice points at, it's the same item, same etched signage on the barrel, it used to be called a 510 LR Platinum Atomizer, and it's a very good atty.

The advantage over the Uni 2.2 that shipped with the XL (and THAT's a great one too), is that it buffers more juice in the mesh, less squirshing, and it's 1.8, which I like better than 1.5 or 2.2
I wouldn't debridge 'em or nuthin', they just vape tasty monstrous clouds as is. My 24" touchscreen keeps having fits from the vapor, it's like The Blob is pushin on it. When I lay down in the bedroom with a fresh bottle and battery in the XL, my wife, who's pretty good about such things, and was suckin' on an Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer herself, staggered to the sliding glass door and opened it saying "Whoa! Now you done it! I can't see the TV". Our little dog lay on my chest, lapping up the sweet vapor as it billowed down the front of my shirt, like vesuvius coming for Pompei. It's like a rain forest fog bank, I can hear lost tribes, cockatoos and dinosaurs romping in there, it's DENSE, Man!
BTW, my wife started out diddling a 510, and still smoking, said she'd NEVER consider anything bigger, and now she hasn't smoked in almost 6 months, and I had to give her my eGo batteries, my big cartos, and I keep having to make more juice.
I still have my beloved pipes and even half-full packs of cigs with phone numbers on them lying around. No temptation, wouldn't dream of lighting 'em, it's been a year and a few months now. DA VAPE is so much tastier!

Thanks Fernand, now I see I had a couple of those, but alas I am stuck on 901's now(every Mod I own has a 901 on it except Lil VMod w/silo, and Provari w/801 fusions in a tank), so I got rid of every other atty in my arsenal(except my used ones that I'll try from time to time) As far as 1.8 goes, I'm with you all the way on that one

He HAS 901 atties, I bet every atty he sells is a monster.
Just had my first mess with the XL. I blew some juice back down and forgot there's no o-ring to keep it down there. Juice coming up the chimney and out the cone holes. Take cone/chimney off and kleenex time. Oh, well, promply back to billows. The trick here is not to OD, I just keep wanting MORE. Oooooh, might have to step down to 5 mg/ml on the nicotine.
That's all I use is IKV
