So, you are saying they taste and fog as well as the io6? I just cannot get my beloved io6s work in the xls, way too stiff a draw. I'll need to try some.
There's a reason for the i06's hard draw that's worth understanding so you can get around it. For most atties and cartos on an XL air is drawn up the center tube from the bottom well. That air comes to the bottom chamber from above,
through air channels in the XL's "block".
But with IKV atties it won't work, because air can only come in the side pinholes, and for that it has to squeeze in directly from above, along the atty's barrel. If you have the o-ring in place you get NO air, because it seals around the barrel.
If the o-ring is out, it can work, but the space between the atty's barrel and the chimney's wall determines how much air you get. If you have a driptip on the i06, it's usually so thick-walled that it almost fills that space and you get very little air.
The IKV 510 atties are a lot like the i06 internally, but have a thin-walled stainless steel barrel, so you get a decent space between the chimney inner wall and the atty's outer wall. It vapes a lot like an i06 but with a good draw.
If you want the i06 to work better, look for a very thin-walled driptip, that's why the beige plastic tubes were popular, or maybe and/or only slip a driptip on the very top of the atty, that works not too badly for me, though the IKV 510 atty works much better.
But then I get sick o' frequent squirshin' altogether, and just pop another fresh Boge on it, and I'm in heaven for a couple or three days
