Quick question- How do the hybid attys take to 100% VG?

Just fine, all my DIY is 91% VG (the rest is flavoring, water, alcohol, sweetener, etc), but the higher the VG content the more noticeable if the atty is defective and burning juice.

@Karmakatie, the old style little Vmod has one thing going for it: even when it does leak, there's not much there to leak. Or vape. The XL is the right size for me, and good thing it's a serious machine. Oh, and if you like the BF better on another mod, it could be the inlets giving you more air, but on a VMod, those are sealed off because they connect to the feed, so differences are going to be less, they're very similar. I think it's more a matter of how specific units were built. My UNI 2.2 just happens to be perfectly made, tightly wound & centered coil, etc. It's like the Silos: it's obvious some people love them, it's just that I've never gotten a good one. So maybe all these "X is the best" comments don't mean much unless there's the experience of at least a half-dozen specimens behind it.

I got my new XL's yesterday, I threw in a new 1.5 hybrid atty this morning and fired it up!! I sure missed the draw and flavor on this thing!! I got a busy morning and I know this is VERY purse friendly and will NOT leak anywhere. I almost forgot to I had got them in the mail yesterday as hubby surprised me with a Provari has not shipped yet, I am very excited about it, but I don't see it as being as portable as my little XL :) I see the XL and the Kick chip as a very good combo.

Wonderful karma ... glad your XL arrived. As for the ProVari....not travel friendly in my opinion, mine stays on my desk :)

The XL is travel friendly.

Sorry to hear that JoJo. I recieved mine today and instantly went to try out the standard 306 Drip Tip on the XL that I have had from Avid Vaper (Cisco)

It does not fit. There isnt enough thread after you put the DT on to put the collar on securely. The length is perfect however so maybe I need to mess with it a bit. Chargin my batts now and going to mess with it when I get home from work.
