fasttech shipped the order on July 26,Canada customs recieved it Aug 07 so its been actually 3/4 business days since they have had it in their custody, looks like ill get it some time this month.

Heres my lastest tracking message for Canada Post,it say its been accepted into Canada.

Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection. Canada Post has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. Once an item clears customs, it is handed over to Canada Post for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.

Should have asked her to quote chapter and verse. They can't.

First of all, if nicotine were prohibited from being imported, the Pharma companies wouldn't be able to import it for their NRT devices.

Found this:

CanLII - 2012 FC 1465 (CanLII)

It's not that it's prohibited. It's because Health Canada is selectively applying their own rules to what constitutes a drug and therefore falls under a different set of rules.

What needs to happen is a lawsuit that takes Health Canada to task over their selective application of rules that should not apply in the case of ejuice.

FastTech sent my mod with batteries using "Replacement Parts" as description or something like that, I tossed the bag in came in a while ago.

You're lucky! Canada Post didn't track my package at all! Until the day it was actually delivered... it was "Despatched to overseas" to "Out for delivery" with nothing in between.. LOL Grrr.

In addition, to the claim that Zen did not provide scientific data, we now have this data via the recent CASAA study, which suggests that a dose from an ecig is actually 99% less then a dose from a cigarette, I'm sure it's similar in comparison to an inhaler. Ergo ELiquid does not fall into the category of 4ml dosage form or the higher 7.2 reported.

Ive been waiting 12 businesss days now since it was shipped on July 26,piss me of that people in the states get there stuff in 7 to 10 days.Canada customs suck...BIG TIME

The only order I ever placed from the states took 3 weeks to the day. 21 days, not business days, and that was when I decided I would never import again. Your order should be here soon. Hopefully you gave her no tracking info about the package so she could flag it and further investigate it.

None of it is illegal it depends how hard your willing to fight for your package and how high your going to run up the chain of command recently spoke with customs myself and quoted the dosage etc. And the CBSA officer agreed with me, but said health Canada automatically inspects anything labelled e CIG related. Hence the long hold up at the border. CBSA is just the messenger, health Canada is the problem. A policy probably made by an executive unaware it's basically a dead in the water policy based on I'll conceived evidence which never gets corrected since we probably only speak to the minions of Health Canada.

I got an order of juice from Caterpillar vapes in the USA a little while ago, said eliquid on the box and all. My feeling is most of the CBSA folks know that HC is full of it, and/or they don't want the hassle of another vaper making a nuisance of themselves. Either way, I prefer ordering from our Canadian suppliers, less wait and less chance of an ordeal. (Now let's see what happened to my Fasttech order of over 2 wks ago, all hardware, batteries, and misc electronic stuff...)

This is exactly how my last order with FT came in. Dispatched to overseas, no tracking at all until it was at my local PO.
two weeks after dispach.
I was getting a little concerned as I broke the rule with this order and had a mod, battery and juice all in one package.

Glad I never called to raise a flag about it. Happy, happy, happy!
