You got the platinum one, did'nt ya

:)
Nope got a regular one for 23.99 -$5 and free shipping. Well I bought a 23.99 STM too to get the $5 off and free shipping.
I did get at cooling fin adapter thingy with an adjustable pin so if it becomes a problem. But I don't think it will since I will be pretty much using STM's on them and they have a long 510.

Or I will just take it apart and put in a spring loaded 510 connector. Just stick the deck on top and wire it in.

Ohh I had a couple too. But far from perfect. Cold toes and fogged up windshield?
What about matches my experience. I had a bug with the Baja kit, that thing went like a stabed rat and you could fix it with a coat hanger.

In winter it was unusable.

I wish I had a yard full of those old volkswagon engines. They are almost worth their weight in gold to the homebuild aviation community.
True, I was going to build an ultralight and those were on my list. Those and snowmobile engines.

LOL not me. I am a Kanthal guy. May do TC once my Altzheimers gets worse though. Never say never.
So far I only forget and run a tank dry about once every couple of weeks or so.
But once my mind gets weaker I will maybe need TC.
;)

I buy or don't buy mods with TC. Either way I don't use it.

A mod I I got in a trade that interests me is the beyond Vape Solara.

I haven't even gotten it yet so I'm just rambling on here.

Its internal battery. Its replaceable but only by them and at a cost thats more then a new mod. So for our purposes its a iStick.

But it uses a legit DNA chip. I'm just in love with DNA chips, in wattage mode.

For a blem 30w its 30bucks. 40w blem is 50 bucks.

30 bucks for a DNA chip to me is a very good deal.

Beyond Vape Solara DNA 30W - Blemished [bv-sol-dna-30-blm] - $30.00 : Beyond Vape, Premium Vaporizers and E-Cigarettes

Nice deal.
I am going to wait and see if the Kbox Mini goes clearance because it is not TC.

I've bought a number of Kbox Minis. Off the top of my head my wife, middle daughter, and two sisters in law.

No troubles with any of them so bare that in mind.

But to me its the mod Fisher-Price would make.

I really don't like it but I consider the STM to be the best starter tank and it was the cheapest was to get the bestest tank.

Without that wonderful tank its a crap mod.

Lately I been moving iStick 60w's with the Melo2 for a starter and VCT Mini's with Subtanks. I been pushing a lot of mods since BF.

The iStick 60 I don't hate nearly as bad as I thought I would. The Melo 2 is a fantastic tank.

The VCT's I hope don't come back to bite me. I hope that out of that pile of mods I randomly grabbed the only junk one for myself.

Yep and some people are the same way about Efest batteries

I've been very happy with my 5A Efests; I wouldn't buy the purple ones, just because I've heard so many bad things about them, and till very recently, really had no use at all for that kind of amperage. But now, reading that Efest is no longer happy to sell 20-25 amp batteries as 35A batteries, but now are selling 10A batteries as 35A batteries... I most likely won't buy another Efest product of any sort. Though I'm also very happy with my Luc2 charger. But they just don't seem to be a very above-board company.

My only gripes with the kbox mini are 1) the fixed battery post, which can be shoved down and then need to be popped back up, and 2) the tiny little fire button in a recess, so it's hard to hit/find, and 3) the tiny little +/- buttons which are just plain hard to operate. I keep trying to use it, to get used to it, but that tiny fire button just gives me a pain. I'm thinking I'll just keep the kbox mini as a backup, since it takes external batteries.

With 25R's being like 5 bucks thats all I use now and for so time.

But I have bought Efests and in fact still have some.

I'm a pretty low watt vaper and honestly I've never had a problem.

I'm not gonna be the defender of Efest but do think the panic is overblown.

Until fairly recently they were pushed hard by the only vape store in this area and you would think people would be dropping dead left and right.

As of this year we have about 27 thousand vape shops and every battery under the sun.

My wife has the nano which is even smaller still although I think the buttons maybe the same as the Mini.

Yeah, I think the only diff is the nano topper. I don't like any of those tanks, or any tanks for that matter (except kayfuns of course ;)), so i waited till I could get the kbox mini by itself. It's a decent mod, great to have for backup, but I just don't like those tiny buttons.

Its nod the same mod. In terms of size, the chip is prolly the same.

The mini is a 22mm mod and the nano is 18mm. So the 510 allows any tank its gonna look weird.
