People talk all the time about retiring at 65 or some other fixed age.

The truth is you can retire when ever you have the money.

Here in NY people with union jobs I think can actually retire before they even start. We have a large state police barracks in my town and some of the guys retiring don't look much out of high school.

Nobody seems to retire from my job. I'm the second oldest one there. Everyone seems to get a "back injury" and go out on disability. If I knew how to work the system I'd be sitting at home building coils on prescription pain killers getting a check. But I'm a dummy.

Your not a dummy, your just an honest hard working guy!

65 is the old baby boomer age.

I think its 67 for me and 93 for my kids.

I hear ya on the insurance.

Did not know thats how the SS scheme works.

You are really old. I did not know that about you.
Yep older than some dirt but younger than most rocks.

Your right. I guess I was lucky enough to be in the right places at the right times. With that being said it's not to say it was easy. I worked 3 jobs at one point 7 days a week with 1 full time and 2 part time for over 5 years. I missed out on a lot of things that I couldn't do because I was working. Yes I worked for NYC so I was able to retire after 20 years but it is not the only thing I live on. My plan was to sacrifice some of my younger years to retire early. Of course there were and still are no guarantees that I will live a long wonderful life but as it stands now I'm happy with the results so far. Family is taken care should I go and more investments still to come to fruition. So yea I know, but it wasn't a cake walk for sure.

So some playing with the Serpent lately.

Still using the twisted whatever for a coil.

For pure flavor I've never had anything that even comes close to this tank. Its that good.

For wicking I'm not 100% there just yet. This thing likes about 3 times as much wick as I generally use. And it preforms great with all that wick. But sometimes it still leaks. Not bad. Certainly not the full Kayfun tank dump but annoying.

The wattage range on this thing is like no other. With full control of the air and the juice I can make the same coil work great from 15-50 watts and maybe more for all I know.

Just an amazing little tank.

How is it to build. Seen some videos where it's a bit of a pain getting the leads going in 2 different directions. Raves about the flavor though and performance!

My mother did her 20 years for the state.

Then did her time in Washington state.

Thats the way to retire. The tier she was on is long gone of coarse.

We had a plan for Florida ourselves. Something changed a couple weeks ago which means we won't be going to Florida anytime soon and most likely never again. Our weeks in Florida every winter kept me going. Without them now its gonna be different. Not sure how yet. I like NYC in small doses but I hate Upstate with a passion that knows no limits.

Before I got mine I watched a couple videos. Vapingfagan and SMM being the most helpful.

Follow what they say and its literally a 2 second coil job. Try it on your own and I can see why it would be odd, its not like others.

My tier is also gone. New hires have to jump through some hoops to get what I had but in the long run it will be well worth it. It's funny because most of us city folk escaped upstate to get away. Florida is ok but a different beast from what I'm used to. People called NYers cold but here the only people that I really associate with are ex NYers. The others from other states as well as native Floridians are the cold ones in my opinion. I like it here for it's winters and really hate the summers as for me they're too damn hot!

In a few minutes I'm going to ship the Radius out.

Hear me on this oh great thread followers!!!!

I WILL NOT BY HIGH DOLLAR MODS AND AUTHENTIC ATTY"S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For what I lost on the sale of this Radius I could have literally thrown a regular mod in the garbage and made money.

Same is also true of most of my authentic atty's. The exception is the Kabuki. I get them cheap locally cause they are made close and was able to break even on the sale. I see in the classies you have to give them away now.

On the plus side to get rid of my Squape Rs I had to take a trade on a older DNA30 which I gave to a smoker and he's doing very well.

Heard good things about it. I might give one a shot. Also hearing good things about the Griffin RTA but I'm not crazy about the 3.5ml tank. I change my SubTank out at least 4-5 times a day!

Thats odd to me.

Keep in mind I grew up in Florida in the 60's and 70's so I can talk about how it used to be I guess.

But I find Upstate NYers to be a hate filled people with not the slightest bit of friendliness in them.

Down in the city, about 5 hours for me, I find the people at least nice. Keep in mind I have never lived there. But I like the people down there.

So to live among people so full of hate and rage I become that way myself. And when I get to Florida I'm still that same hate filled person. But everyone is so nice to me that after afew days I start being nice back and within a week I'm actually being nice to people. Everyone says hello in Florida. Some people say hello in NYC. Upstate I have never seen a person even be civil much less polite and certainly never say hello.

50 years of inbreeding and having the economy of Afghanistan have taken a toll on Upstate.

I found that people in NYC tend to communicate in an argumentative manner.
A result of putting too many people in an area?

Opposite for me but remember I'm from a different place.

I find people in the city to be polite but abrupt. In a city that size no matter how big, tough, well armed or whatever somebody close by is bigger, tougher, better armed or whatever and its keeps people polite.

Get up here to BFE and everyone one is special.

The people that work in the stores and restaurants are friendly but I'm sure for job reasons. I like to goof around with people to get a reaction. Not in a bad way but to make people laugh and smile. I guess down here they don't have much of a sense of humor! We've been here 5 years and the only people that we associate with our one neighbor 2 lots away and 3 other people further down the block who are from NY. There are not a lot of homes where we are. I don't know just different for me I guess.

Maybe just opinionated and passionate. That and the fact everything is so loud we have to raise our voices.;)

I can tell you by the population growth the people you find off putting are most likely form NY.

Very few English speaking people "from Florida" are actually from Florida.

I remember back in school it was always what part of NY are you from never how many generations back to you go in Florida planter society.

I go looking for the Florida I remember as a boy and its perfect. When I stay in the larger metros its NY with plam trees.
