No he's in my backyard in the canal!! Ate in a restaurant on the Gulf of Mexico which is minutes from me. My canal goes out to the Gulf but it's mixed with freshwater so the gators hang out in the canals and lakes.

Found an OLD pic of Me(the dork in front with braces-think I was 14), my friend Karen, my gorgeous sister Carol, and my Uncle Buddy from circa 1976 at our house/camp on the Amite river (near the mouth of Lake Maurepas). The only way to get there was by boat. Hurricane Hugo destroyed it -- along with our pool table. @chopdoc doesn't live too far from there. Of course this was winter so the gators were hibernating. They didn't have a whole lot of big ones back then from poachers. We sure had fun hunting and fishing there.
