My faves so far are Hangsen Deluxe tobacco and Desert Ship. don't care for the pruney tobacco flavors, these are the most accurate ones I have found.

I know I tried Desert Ship before but just could not remember it for anything so had to swing by the tobacco thread for a while and do some reading. I have done a bunch of tobacco reviews and the majority of them are on the Danny45 favorite tobacco threads. From the review I had,I found it to be a good grassy tobacco flavor.
Last night I took some Golden Virginia at %3 which is also a good grassy flavor tobacco, added a bit of Turkish at %1 and that was my base. Then I mixed up 4 batches. One with %1 FA Shade, Another one with %1 FA Latakia, and another one with %1 Inawera Latakia. The fourth batch had %1 Perique Black which is a heavy spice/cavendish flavor.
So far they had 5 hours in the Ultrasonic Cleaner and Im trying the batch with Inawera Lakatia now and its very good. Has a thick grassy flavor with a smooth smokey hint to it and a tad of spice. Not bad at all.

I've only tried a few "tobacco flavors" and most were horrid, the only ones that weren't bad were the ones that didn't actually taste like tobacco but some odd mix of graham cracker and sweet that someone just decided was tobacco, but I didn't really like those either. With the NETs some have that grassy "green" taste, some the spice, some the chocolate notes or honey or whatever else. The good ones taste like smelling good tobacco. If you get the chance, try some out, it might inspire you to do your own extractions. The hardest part, I hear, is the filtering.

Ive only tried one tobacco flavor and it was a sample bottle of Nude Nicotines BRY4 and it was actually really really good. I had to move back in with a parent a few months ago, and my stepbrother here smokes, and when Im outside vaping while hes smoking I really love the smell of tobacco and miss that 5ml sample Nude sent me. Id love to try a tobacco flavored juice but I remember reading that tobacco flavors usually require alot of steep time so Ive never jumped into it yet. Im gonna have to wander over to the TFA thread now and find out if Bill's Magic Vapor has a quick and easy RY4 recipe cause I know he vapes it. I just dont want to make a batch and have to wait a month to vape it hah. Chopdoc, if you come across any good recipes definitely post and share em!

I put in my order for my custom etched Coolfire4 today...

Andria

My original silver one has turned into my favorite mod. After I sold the Evic-VT and was wondering what other mod would make a nice no-smoke-a-versary present, I learned about those Phiniac etched mods, and figured that had to be the one -- a custom etched CF4!

I can't wait! I even ordered a new red knucklehead driptip to go with it. It got shipped today, so I'll probably have it, before I have the new CF4.

Andria

Oooh... I so want to see a picture of it when you get it! :w00t:

Where does the tobacco flavor come from?? Ive got TFA Sweet Cream, and can get the other two sweeteners from them..

@chopdoc have you ever vaped Hangsen Reno? Was my favorite Menthol till Madvapes destroyed it..

I never was a menthol fan which is odd because I like mints. Hangsen has some great tobacco flavors. buyhangsen dot com been having a going out of business sale for at least six months now, and some great prices. Gold and Silver is a good stand alone Hangsen flavor.

Dang, shoulda searched sooner.. anyways it was the first e-liquid to get me off cigs.. then MadVapes somehow changed how they flavor it and now its just like burnt plastic :( Switched too Flavorz by Joe - Coolport as my main 18mg nic juice... or as my main "Tootle Puffing" juice!

Both!!!

As far as I know they are the same and I transfer everything to glass anyway.

The biggest differance I've found is sometimes they have a 20% off sale with free shipping and the glass bottle works out to the same as the plastic bottle with 0% off and paid shipping or even with the plastic bottle and 20% off and paid shipping and............................................

Its all a coupon stacking game.

For flavors all my business has gone to Bull City. Over all at the end of the day (corporate speak) BCV has provided me with the best experience. I don't actually have anything bad to say about any others just that BCV is that step ahead.

For VG its Essentials Depot. I have gallons of VG and PG but in most cases I'd say a couple gallons of VG would be best and a gallon of PG is enough for 7 brazillion years as PG comes in the nic and flavorings.

If you can share an order with others you can save some money. I'm currently working out the details on a 4 gallon VG order with another cook. I think its called "The Cube" or some such.

I ordered the 2 gallons of VG with free shipping today. $39.17 delivered, cant beat it!

Had a bit of fun yesterday at the local B&M. I took my new dripper and let a bunch of people try it out. The normal vapers loved it but the huffers could not wrap their heads around it. It was actually funny watching the croud try to explane how to do a slow draw at 14W to people who are used to a two second huff at 60W with wide open airflow.

Also my 30/70 4mg/mL strawberry eliquid was too harsh for the lung inhalers. One of them bet I could not actually vape it. I took it from her and did a 15 second pull and blew a huge cloud. Her expression was priceless. I explained that high VG low nic eliquid was like baby food to me.

My ADV is 16mg/mL 70/30. :)

It was fun :)

It's hard to imagine 30/70 and 4mg being harsh in any way, especially to those accustomed to reverse-typhoon airflow. I'd have to give folks like that the ol "do you even vape, bro?" :D I hate to think what they'd make of my 86/14 9mg.

The girl who bet me I could not vape the 4mg asked to try my KFv4. I told her my ADV (16mg 70/30) would probably kill her. :)

I thinkso too. Its hard to imagine any one who uses drippers having issues with a high VG 4mg juice.

But would of loved to see them playing around with the Kayfun lite dripper lol
I think it was because of the warmth and thickness of a slow draw that threw them off.

The modwomper badge comes with an official steel lined throat, at least in the eyes of the cloud chasers :)

I remember dripping 24mg in a B&M and the crazy looks I got.

ROFL... I always find it hysterically funny when those who've smoked for DECADES say that vapor "makes them cough", or "burns their throat"... I mean, c'mon... SMOKE? For DECADES? and they can't handle a little vapor? Seriously??? I always think those are the people who are determined from the start that vaping "just won't work for them". Brains can manufacturer all kinds of BS, to serve our prejudices.

I used to not like built in batteries but now I realize I see something shiny long before I wear batteries out.

But I need to slow my roll as ain't nobody around to give a starter kit to anymore.

As of this week, subject to change without prior notice and past performance doesn't guarantee future results, I don't know a single smoker at work or in my family. I been hammer at them and I'd gain some and lose some but this week every single one is off the smokes.

The answer turned out to be easier then I thought. The Subtank Mini. The low hanging fruit I picked off with Nautilus class stuff and let them move up on there own. But the tougher nutz, the REAL heavy smokers had me baffled. So I talked one guy into an Atlantis. And it worked. Then another with a Subtank. And it worked. So I standardized on the STM and went after the rest. And all tried it, either out of interest or so I'd quit bothering them.

Its like whack a mole but I'll keep them all on the reservation as long as I can.
I don't have smokers to convert but more and more I'm thinking a subox kit, 4 18650s from Illumn at 5 bucks each and a decent charger is a great starter kit. And they can go so many places with that, with the factory coils and RBA option.

I was a very heavy smoker and regret the long bootstrap process that got me to a subox and similar stuff. And a bottle of WTA as a Hail Mary Pass before that first big relapse :)

Not always. When I first started trying to drip I would gag horribly and see stars from it. Part of it I believe was the damage I did to my lungs from all those years of smoking and they not liking the heavy vapor I was trying to inhale, but also the cloud chasers figured out I was using way to high of nicotine and said that was a common problem for new drippers.
It was the second time that I tried dripping I was using the magma and we all know that doesnt hit hard. That is when I went to the Cloud Chasers and they asked me a bunch of questions and figured out it was mainly the nicotine causing me to gag. Was trying to drip %12. Dropped it to %3 and I was able to vape it.
