Around 25 watts to 45. Recently stepped down from 18 to 12mg. Vape around 5ml a day. The highest I have ever vaped is 60w (daring I know) and lowest .4 ohms dual coil. I still think I fit the stereotype. I hate when guys at store like you gotta use 6mg in my dripper. Just not my style. I do short powerful bursts just like the guy who started this thread.

I'm thinking I may need to ease my nic level down just slightly again. Too much insomnia lately, and I can't really think of any other cause, than maybe I just don't need quite that much nicotine anymore. I'm currently at 9mg, but I think the next 40ml I mix, instead of easing down the WTA from 2% to 1.8%, I'll leave the WTA at 2% and drop the nic to 8mg. Which figures into my planned nic level drop for cold weather, since the weather is definitely changing.

Last night I took z quil to set my cycle straight. A hard fit of drinking all weekend put my system out of wack.

Well I went to the red skins game so it was just one of those weekends with tailgating and all. I took last night off from drinking and may have to do it again today. I think we killed like 3 cases between Saturday night and Sunday morning/drank throughout the day Sunday. Oh the life of a skins fan

Hey dont feel bad, Im about to hit 40 and just had to move back in with my dad a few months ago. Had to leave a job and a bunch of stuff behind thanks to life. Hopefully that changes soon, theyre already driving me crazy haha!
