I heard many do like you with high nicotine mg's. I been surprised I didnt. I use to smoke heavy. Around 3 PADs and the last year I was smoking unfiltered roll your own as well as filling tubes with tobacco so I had some fitered yet when I quit I used 18 mg and cut down fairly quick. Within a year I was at 3 mg and thought about going zero many times but am like "why?"
I really dont care what level of nicotine anyone uses for I dont see it as harmful by itself. I seen enough doctors who said its no more harmful than caffeine. I just always found it odd that being a heavy smoker I didnt need it that strong or for that long.
Guess I'm just getting by day by day without smoking. I've actually been vaping for 3.5 years now. I vaped AND smoked, cut down to 5 cigs a day. It is what it is.

Hello, I am Luke. I look like a normal human being but I am an eyelet man. I work with 50 ton presses every day, I draw metal to make feminine cosmetic eyelets. Well I did any way, I will be changing over jobs to make battery cans. (Yes this includes 18650s)
We may look normal but I have unfortunately been altered. My brain has been altered and infected by high purity aluminium.

That is all.

Dont look at it like I am puting ya down, for Im not. Just a comparison between my experience and others. Have a friend at work who been vaping for a long time and still smokes and its true, it is what it is. I always believed I was the guy who would quit smoking when they closed the casket lid and knocked the hot end off my smoke. Put me any place I couldnt smoke and within 5 minutes the anxiety was getting to me! Now over a year and a half later I am still amazed how easy it was for me with vaping.

Now I still like a good dip, but it doesnt control me. When I am on my two weeks off I seldom touch the stuff and the two weeks I am at work maybe 2 to 4 cans. A lot of times at work I will be on day 3 or 4 of my two weeks when I think to myself "damn, a dip would be nice" and go to my car and get a can out.

But haven't you noticed that when Emma wants something, Rixy moves Heaven and Earth IMMEDIATELY to get it for her?
This is true but I look after her and treat her how I would want my daughter treated when she's older. I was in such a terrible married that everyday with Em is a blessing, so yeah, I'll do anything for her or Emily for that matter haha, I had to go and spoil it at the end didn't I

NO!!!!! When twins are involved....you wanna take your time
Indeed you do...especially at my age ;) They have 12 years on me.

@Rixsta Found a decent price on clapton coils for the Supertanks. 10 pack for $17 with free shipping to me. Dont know about shipping over the pond..... Google hebestars for the site.
Made it home from work, 3 spare super tanks glass's ordered, another supertank and a 10 pack of coils.
Cool, I'll go take a look, thanks

Enjoying Lannie's strawberry shortcake but made a blueberry custard thats the best thing ever to me of coarse.

Heartland Vapes is becoming my main source. I don't like to order anything under 4oz and they have the best selection. Though on small orders BCV won this last round.

You gonna share the blueberry custard recipe? :)

I'll have to go check out Heartland Vapes. I've never seen them before, but since I get a lot of 4 oz. bottles now, it might behoove me to check them out. ;)

Trouble i'm having with custards is with low nic, 3mg for me, the taste is the best but I have to chain vape. I am still 100% addicted to nicotine. But when I bump it up to 6mg its harsh and not very tasty. For this reason my ADV at 6mg is still my go to.

After a year or so smoke free I had started to tootle puff some. Lotta low power gear and high nic juice. Going through a very stressful time thats kinda open ended and I found myself falling into heavy vaping. I'm using nicotine to self medicate again. I'm 99.99% sure I'd be smoking again if I hadn't kept the vape habit going. Long gone are my long term plans to stop. I can't tootle puff at all anymore. I put some high nic in a Kabuki the other day and after afew puffs I wanted to throw the top off and drink the juice. I used to be able to stay calm with 12/18mg juice for short periods of time.

I'm the exact same way...

I was going to sleep but saw this, I'm the total opposite but then I don't have any stress in my life but either way I still say it's psychological and nicotine on its own isn't that addictive at all, mix it with other chemicals in cigarettes and yes, it becomes very addictive.
So today I vaped Emma's nic free juice all day and tonight, I have had no nicotine since yesterday and can't tell the difference at all, no withdrawals what so ever, makes we wonder why I'm buying nic at all.
Just summat to think about....

Everyone keeps saying nic isn't addictive, but to me it IS. I dropped from 12mg with my tootle puffing to 3mg with the sub-ohm tanks, but now the 3mg stuff is too harsh, so I dropped to 1, but I end up chain vaping it because it's just "not enough." I have a bunch of zero nic juices for evening because I found out that was what was keeping me from sleeping, but the few times I tried doing zero nic all the time, I ended up very depressed and morose. And angry and hostile... it wasn't nice, and it wasn't ME. So I started back in with the nic and pulled right out of it in a matter of days. So they can say nic isn't addictive all they want, but when I don't have it, I get the same pulling sensation in my solar plexus that I did when I had to go too many hours without a smoke, even IF I'm vaping zero nic, and after a day or two the depression sets in. It's not all psychological, I don't think. Maybe for some people, but not for me, that's for sure. I'm currently mixing (in the tank) some of my older 3mg juice with some of my 1mg juice to get a net result of 2, and that seems to be even better for me in the mornings, but I have to go down to 1 around mid-morning or I start getting the pounding, racing heartbeat that means I've ingested too much nic. It's a balancing act, for damn sure!

I use koolada in my ice cream flavors, I use 1-2%

Cool! Ada! LOL! That gives me a starting point, thanks!

According to my warped sense of thinking. You double their age 28x2=56. Then minus your age 56-40=16.
Seems to me your in a cougar-cub relationship!:D
Your maths is terrible but your sense of humor is great ;)

WOW Lannie, I must be one of the lucky ones, Nic just isn't addictive to me, I carried on with zero nic again today, don't feel any cravings or anything at all. I'm pretty sure I could give up vaping today and that would be that, although I would miss those tasty juices and Emma would probably cry cause she likes to try my ever growing collection.

Well, I checked out Heartland Vapes, but their prices on the 4 oz bottles are just about the same as they are at either Bull City or Wizard Labs, plus their selection's not as good, so I guess I'll stick with my two regulars. However, if I ever need a 16 oz bottle of something, now I know where to go! LOL! I did save their site in my "Online Shopping" folder so I wouldn't lose it. :) I do like that they have a breakdown of what's in their flavors, and at what percentages, and there are at least some reviews to go by, but the prices aren't especially drawing me to them...

Oh no, I didn't take it that way. I agree, it's different with everyone. With me, it's nicotine and caffeine that helps me concentrate. Some people also have a more additive DNA strand hanging in there somewhere. I do have very good will power though so that helps. :)

This is so true Lannie. When I smoked, I had this friend at work that would bum a cigarette off me sometimes and never get hooked. She used to smoke and just gave it up --snap, just like that.
