My hair is REAL thick so I blow dry it with my head upside down to get the underneath. (If I don't I'll have almost an afro) Lost my balance and tried to catch myself on the dresser, caught my thumb -- broke it, then somehow hit my head on the dresser too. HUGE bump on the head, 2 black eyes, and a broken thumb. DUH. lol!!! Guess I should have had that second cup of coffee first. I've broken both ankles (the left one twice), almost all my toes, my little left pinkie finger, my right arm, and my left thumb. But most of those were from my daredevil horse back riding days. Barrel racing, rough trail riding, etc. This is REALLY stupid but when I was young, me and a guy friend would play redneck jousting. We'd ride to the town arena when it wasn't being used, take the saddles and bridles off, lock the gate, hop on bareback -- each with a whip in hand and play "Who can make who fall off their horse first". I'm not proud of that and I'm paying with aches and pains now.
Lol, I really cant clown as I use do some pretty stupid S#!T myself... Who could take the most pain!! I hated the Stun Gun phase...

But, the Hair dryer sounds like it musta hurt!! Good thing thats ALL you broke!!!:w00t:

Revamped the beast that was looking battered, gave it a shorty sleeve, perfect for testing my juice batches.
To this day, it's still one of the best looking tanks with the perfect amount of airflow, really shines with the Triton Claptons in too :thumb:

The Ferris wheel is scarier than a roller coaster!!! In my opinion that is. I LOVE roller coasters!!! The Poltergeist or the Superman, yeah!! But, just like you guys, I'm clumsy. Tripping over my own feet. Broke my thumb last year blow-drying my hair.
Aroma never sells my PM WTA in the large bottles anymore. I know 99% of you guys make your own juice, but the flavors come in little bottles right? I can't squeeze those rinky dinky things. Have to use pliers.

I don't squeeze flavor bottles, I take the dropper top off (only the small ones have that), and syringe out what I need. Since I hardly EVER use the dropper top anyway, I should just take them off and toss them, but I have this mental problem where it's hard for me to change things. So I haven't yet (because what if someday I want to measure out DROPS?). If there's a hard way and an easy way to do a thing, my first choice is the hard way. Always. Just ask Rich!

Things that I use to use pipettes a lot for like nicotine, custard, bav cream, I will put in a 20 ml bottle to make it much easier to mix. Found out this week that some of these 120 ml bottles I have the nozzle caps will screw onto the 4 oz flavor bottles so I shouldnt need to use a pipette again to mix juices.

Wow Deb, sorry about all the pain, but looks like it was worth it all. :)
thanks, and it was!! At least this time I had a ton of fun while inflicting pain. Most of my falls haven't involved any fun at all! :)

oh I've done stuff just like that, but I must have really good bones.......the only ones I've broken have been two vertebrae. Not certain bout the knee though. Had a doc appt for today set up before I left, so will have him take a look to see if an xray is needed, but probably not.

(because what if someday I want to measure out DROPS?).
get an eyedropper! Jup my son can tell ya I'll find the weirdest way to do sumpthin too. We might just be related! We're too close in age for you to be mum......so probably sisters. yooo hoooo Rixy........it's Aunty Deb hehehe

YES! Those need DYNAMITE to get into!
No kiddin! That's what most of mine are. I can usually slide a fingernail under them and pry them off, but wow they're tough. I would totally leave mine off, but even with some plastic wrap on top I'm afraid they'd leak without the dropper tip since mine get tossed in a bag. No room to have them just all sitting right side up. I've been wanting to get some more 15 and 30 ml glass bottles to put all my flavorings in, but haven't had the $ for that. I'm finally gonna be able to order me some batteries today. Good thing too because the second day in Florida I lost my battery case with most of my batts in it and my doohickey. A doohickey is kinda like this cept mine had a back on it and metal tabs instead of just wires.

I'm saving ALL my empty (small) flavoring bottles, mostly Capella's, so that I can pour from the bigger bottles into them when they get so low the syringe won't reach them. Is that what you were talking about? And now that I'm starting to empty some of the 30ml flavors, I'm savin' those, too. The glass ones I'm saving to make juice in, but the plastic ones I'll use to put flavoring in.

I tried an eyedropper once, but I must have had a muscle spasm, 'cuz it came out too fast, not in drops. I didn't try that again.

I know the piece you're talking about (the dropper tip), but that's not what I meant. I meant the original Flavour Art bottles (I'll try to find a pic of one), that the cap does NOT come off. The "dropper" is built into a non-removable, apparently press-fit cap (not removable by ME, anyway) and the hole is too small to get the blunt tipped needle into it. I finally clipped the dropper thingie off with nail clippers, because it's HARD plastic (and so is the bottle, no way can it be squeezed) and managed to cram the needle in there, but holy crap, what an ordeal. I'm NEVER ordering the small FA bottles again. Only 30ml or bigger now, so they'll have to repackage it into something I can use. ;)

The dropper tips you referred to give me fits, too, but I have a Leatherman that I keep near the table where I'm mixing, so I just use the little pliers on that to pull those off. The small Capella's bottles are the easiest - you just push 'em sideways and they pop right out.

Well, I'm having a problem doing just a picture of them, but here's the link...

Fruit flavour e liquid flavourings

The orange topped bottles I can actually get the top off of, but I have one flavor that came in a blue-topped bottle and THAT one is the one I can't break into. I just ordered a 30ml bottle of that flavor, though, so now I don't have to mess with the blue plastic bottle anymore. One of these days I'll take a hammer to it...

jup those I don't have an issue with. Wasn't aware of the ones you showed in the pic, that's just wrong! lol Didn't think about pliers, yeah that would be a good idea   But when I can will get some glass bottles for my flavorings.

Newp, didn't figure there was since I've been walkin with it for a week and a half lol, but since I was going to the doc today anyhow, figgered I'd have him check. He said there could be a torn ligament, but that's no big deal. He said to come back in a week or so if it's not better and they xray then maybe MRI but I aint gonna do that unless it really gives me problems. It's the same knee I busted the crap out of in 99. so it's gonna hurt for a long time, that's all.

I tore the meniscus in the other knee about a year ago, and it was pretty painful for awhile. I expect this will be also. After 1.5 weeks much of the swelling has gone down, but it's still pretty painful. Don't mean to sound like a whiner, but honestly, I have so much more pain in the rest of my body, that this is fairly mild unless it gets bumped. I live with pain constantly, and some of it just gets pushed to the back cuz other stuff hurts worse.
But thanks for your wishes. :)

@Rixsta

Just wanted to tell you I've had no luck so far with the seeping problem with my 2 Boreas RTA's. I swapped out all the o-rings on both and still happening. It does so less than before but not totally dry. My next approach is going to add a thread or 2 of dental floss under the rings to give it a tiny bit more girth. I'll keep you posted when I get around to doing it. I never ordered the Aromizer Supreme. How are you getting along with that one. Any problems?

Got my second Boreas yesterday and had a few problems with it. Really the problems was me. I tried this new Native Wicks that everyone is raving about and I didnt like it. I made dual coils for it of 24 ga Kanthal, 12 wraps and wicked it with the native wicks and nothing but dry hits from it. If I let it sit I would get a great hit and then a dry hit so went back to Rayon in it.
The way I am wicking mine LJ is I will screw the base into a mod so its standing up then put the wick in it where it slides but is tight. Not too tight because it has to be able to slide a little. Then I bend the tails and trim them even with the bottom of the deck and then tuck them down below the coil. At 70 watts I am getting killer flavor and huge clouds. What I have noticed especially on my Cube is a thick flim of VG on top of the mod.

I did get a handful of juice from the new Boreas earlier today. Like a dummy I forgot to close the juice valve when I filled it, picked it up and took a vape and had hot juice all over my hand.....oops. :D

That's exactly how I wick mine as well. Like I've said it's not really a leak but juice gets behind the air/juice control so when I go to adjust it or fill it it weeps out. It's not totally bad it's just annoying that I have to wipe it clean anytime I make an adjustment. Mine are the Black ones and the juice just seems to smear rather then clean off. It could be from condensation since I too am running it around 65 watts.
