I got the replaced ZAP and after 2 days, the center post pop up again...; it won't fire. The Provari is reading OP. Per provape, they are not sure what the problem is and advise me to glue the center post in place. Now I am waiting it to dry and hope that this is going fix it.

I am very disappointed with this product... Can't believe I have to fix it while it supposed to be a "quality" piece of device....

I am thinking to buy another actually "quality" rebuildable atomizer. Any suggestion!!

Happy New year to ya'll!!

Is the one they sent back a replacement, or just your original one fixed? If it is an entirely different atty, I would start to wonder if the issue is with your provari; can't imagine what the issue would be, but he odds of two in a row failing like that can't be good, unless mikes quality has really fallen off

Yeah, sorry for your bad luck. Maybe wait till the next batch of zaps to go online and then ask for an exchange. 2 in a row is pretty weird odds. (Using glue is NOT acceptable!)

Either that or ask for a full refund and get a cobra.

Good luck and keep us posted.

It is a new one. The problem is not the provari. I had just applied some gorilla glue to glue it(black part) in place (the hole) per provape CS's instruction and it is working now.

Provape mentioned that before Zen used to applied gorilla glue to hold the post (black part) in place and now he is using a "press fit" method.

Ok i mean If you can pull out the whole tube which is the metal part that screw on the black part out from the insert?

No, you should not be able to just pull out the center post by hand. Not all provaris have the same threading and same height connection. Neoex, may be on to something. do you hav a second provari or another similiar device? How tight are you screwing it down?

the floating pin on the bottom of the atty moves up and down to adjust for the variance of the device you are using. the post inside the tank should not be moving. If it is, that is where you would have done your tightening. If the floating pin comes out all of the way, you would need to take the whole thing apart.

Thanks for confirming that the post inside the tank should be fixed in there and cannot be pull out. I believe all our ZAP are being glue in place (the post inside the tank). Now, I wonder if it is safe to vape? Supposedly, Zen is using gorilla glue (Gorilla Glue - Gorilla Glue) It does mentioned that non-toxic when it is dry. But is it really safe? because the device can get pretty hot.
