From what I've dealt with in the past when trying to order o-rings, there is no standard for measuring. Especially if ordering from fastech. I know this isn't the answer you wanted. But you may want to try ordering a variety of o-rings that are supposed to fit a 22mm atomizer. Then see what works best when you get it. The problem with getting the right fit is that even the tiniest difference in the thickness of the o-ring can be the difference between your top being too loose or even too snug.

If you have extra o-rings laying around like a lot of us probably do, you could try to see if any of those fit, and then order replacements for that exact model's o-ring on eBay.
Good idea!

Mine came this morning from Eciggity too! Wanted to wick with rayon too, but was excited to try it first. Flavors great at only 30 watts. Will try higher in a bit. Will also try it on Tc.

I have it set up and it's beautiful. Really thick clouds and the flavor is awesome. As was said, this thing drinks the juice. Still playing with the air flow control ring (dual). I have had it all open and now half way closed. All the way open cuts the flavor too much for me.

How many watts are you using?

I got two in today from Eciggity - can't wait to stuff some rayon in and give it a try!!
Please let us know how you like it with the rayon. I just joined the rayon thread & was going to put rayon in mine too. Just got too excited & wanted to VAPE it now! Since I'm a rayon newbie it takes me a while to wick.

Using temp control what setting is everyone going to use? For example on the Pico & Vtc mini. The SS setting or the TCR of 92 for Ss316L?
Just using the default 316 table on the DNA 200, seems reliable enough. Although my temp is around 500f when I used to cap at 400-420f on titanium

So here I sat, enjoying a good vape, mindin my own business. I look down on my table and see a little black box that left me a little unimpressed with most of my atomizers....the COV MiniVolt. With it's lack of decent power for low ohm builds it had a really long ramp up time. Looked in my left hand and there's my Theorem with its notch coil and 0 ramp up time...the light bulb went off and I went into "Ahh screw it, I'll try anything once" mode. Screwed the Theorem on the Mini Volt expecting the worst...and BAM, she fired immediately and with good power. New stealth setup....should last about an hour hahahaha

I found an old bag of o-rings to replace my drip tip's missing bottom o-ring and I have one that fits perfectly. A set of two makes a world of difference to hold it down securely.

The o-rings on the tank seem pretty secure. It takes a little effort to take off the top cap (which is good). I don't know if I would discount this as a pocket friendly device on account of the o-rings (yet) but I did get leakage when it was on it's side, presumably from the air slot). I was not using the notch coil at the time (haven't yet), I was using one that I built (pictured earlier). I have since moved to a regular 2mm Kanthal-only coil that I would use on most of my RTAs (albeit with a beautiful long wick with tails that extend into the Theorem tank) and although I haven't yet done an on-the-side leakage test, it has been vaping just fine.

Well, got one wicked with rayon. Made it thick in the notch coil, thinned it a little for the first bend, then thinned it a lot after wick the drops below the slot. Cut the wick at an angle so there's just a small point hitting the bottom of the deck. It's wicking fine and the flavor has been good... not Boreas/Supreme good, but it's pretty close. Running it with the dual air slot topper at about 2/3's open. I liked the look of the drip tip, but in use it seemed a bit too short so I ended up swapping it out.

Others have mentioned "guzzles the juice" but I'm not sure if 'guzzles' is a strong enough description - it was like I blinked and the first tank was gone! I'm sure going from 8 ml tanks down to ~3 ml boosted that feeling though. I had no issues on the initial fill from a unicorn bottle but on the first refill, the single fill hole kept air locking on me, like the bottle was just a bit too short all of a sudden. Had to dig out a syringe to fill it up, so that's a definite con.

Tried it on the VF Stout and it wasn't the most stable at first... used TCRs from 92 to 102 and it popped the "new coil?" message multiple times and even kicked into VW mode a couple of times. I loosened the set screws and tightened them back up and that seemed to clear it up... it also dropped .03 ohms after doing that, so even though it felt tight at first, it might not have really been seated good. I also vaped it a bit on straight wattage, and it was ok but seemed to lack flavor compared to TC - both were at 36 watts.

After letting it cool, I tried it on a DNA200. I first tried a SS316 curve and it was horrible. Changed to a straight TCR value and kept increasing from 92 until I settled at 107. With nickel legs, I don't think 92 could be the proper TCR for it anyway. It looked fairly normal on the device monitor at that setting and performed well. I think on the other tank I'll just use my standard NiFe coil so I can compare it to the notch.

Overall it's a cool design but I don't think it'll fit my normal vaping style in the long term. As I only use DIY juice and unicorn bottles, it seems refills may be a pain... and that will be amplified by the small amount the tank holds. I may have an empty dropper bottle that I can clean out and use... might help with refills.

Where is it leaking from? Mine does not leak at all. I can hold it upside down and it remains non-leaking.
Ive been looking at it these couple of days and now realized the black peek material has a small o ring but mine has a problem cause it doesnt close tight the juice hole and that is why just by tilting it it leaks....worst of all my spare bag doesnt have that spare small o ring dang it!
