I guess thats how genie style tanks are? Wetter type of tanks. Pre-ordered a avocado 24, will be my first genie style. Can't wait to try it.
I'm waiting for that to actually hit shelves somewhere before I decide if I'll indulge.

Lol did all SMM said in his video and yep nothing has worked so far lol so just gotta leave it at home and vape it indoors lol a real shame....:(
Maybe next time you recoil, wash & dry everything well. Try again from the beginning. I don't know where the defect could be. Good luck!

So far, my first build has been horrible. I prefer a simple build...26g, 3mm id, 0.8 ohms, 28-30W. I'm getting liitle vapor and horrible flavor. I have tried different airflow settings. Maybe I'm missing something and I'm going to re-scan this thread for tips I may have missed.

And it's really noisy and difficult to work with. Right now, I'm not digging it.

It's not leaking, and it's wicking fine though. I just don't think it's good for my simple build. I think I need something with the air hole closer to the coil.

Great shoot! I'm on the verge of Theorem or Limitless. HELP!!
By far, I'm liking this more on the Pico. The top airflow keeps your fingers from blocking it when firing. The only real problem (functionally) I have with the Pico.

Hi Zom. Have you tried using the single hole ring, and just on the coil side of the tank?

I'm using that option now, recoiled with a 28/32g Clapton 3mm Id .70 ohm. It's Vaping pretty good.

After getting fed up with my simple build, I tried a Clapton (store-bought wire). Figured I would try a larger ID than I normally use since the notch coils are 5mm....I rolled a 4mm, 0.8 Ohms. It vapes worse than my initial build. Maybe my coil isn't positioned properly??

Mine is 3mm. I'll take a pic for you when I empty the tank. Maybe the coil is too large? Worse in what way?

I have found that 3mm is the only diameter that provides me the warmth I want. Any larger and for some reason it just loses it.

I tested this theory with my go to build (fused 26/34 n80/ss316) this way. Made one at 3.5mm and didn't like it.

Then again at 3mm and was getting better but not as dense out of one coil.

Two verticals of the same 3mm was better but still not quite there.

As I posted a few days back, nothing unlocked for me until I put in a triple core alien (not that the alien did anything for me, more so the cores).

I'm running it at 70w with the single airflow over the coil and get everything I want and prefer from my RDAs. But, my batteries on my RX200 are lasting twice as long now!

Now once I can find a great small dual battery box with at least 120w and a good price (leaning toward the sig213 but still too pricy), I'll be in business with my every day carry!

Bad flavor and wimpy cloud. I'm not by any means a cloud chaser, but I like a nice thick and substantial cloud so I can feel a better throat hit (I'm an ex-smoker type vaper). Maybe this is more of a cloud chaser direct-lung tank that needs to be built accordingly. I MTL, and so far, I'm having a difficult time dialing in a proper vape for me....same experience I had with the Aromamizer. I think I might just have to come to grips with the fact that these newfangled airy tanks just won't do it for me.

Although, I will try one more build using a contact Clapton.

Wow does it get hot @ 70 watts?

I'm not sure that spaced or not will make that much difference but someone with more experience hopefully will chime in. I only vape it at 29-30 watts, did you try using the single airflow adaptor over the coil? I don't find it too airy. I don't like it when it's very airy. For example I love the original & the new Serpent mini, perfect airflow to me. With the single airflow over the coil, seems like it's not too airy. But mtl I don't think so. But I guess it's subjective.

You can get nice thick vapor with this. Perhaps a little more experimentation will get you the vape you like.
