Could the solution be having no more children? :laugh:

No, The solution is to take a state no one cares about, say Wyoming or South Dakota and wall it off. Put all the little kids into it and give them clean water and good food and let them live there until they become productive members of society. They can go to school and for exercise we can put them to work. If we put them in Arizona, we could have them fill up nature's ready made landfill, the Grand Canyon and turn it into one hell of a Golf Course resort. Everyone wins.
