Just wanted to chime in with a Good Luck and a good on ya ;)
Trick your brain into thinking its still smoking by just delaying when you have a cigarette. vape your head off, tell yourself you will 'smoke' in two hours if you still want one - and then delay that smoke as well.

Hopefully your brain will be as easy to trick as mine was :D
Same here, I tend to mindlessly chain vape while I read, or watch video, or other passive activity. I've started to use 0mg or low mg. until I feel the need for a jolt, and then make myself wait for it. Eventually I reach for the higher nic stuff, but I can usually get thru a 2ml. Siren tank first. Keep wanting the darn cigs when in the car, though.:(

Car smoking was the hardest part of quitting. I used to chain smoke while driving.

That was my wife. When we were smoking together which ever one of us grabbed the pack would usually light 2 and hand the extra to the other one. I know there were a couple of times in the car she was trying to hand me one and I still had a puff or two left on the previous one. I was like "Seriously?!? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot are you doing?, Did you really already need another one?"

Good times, good times.

FWIW, I subohm 12 mg, so I don't think 6 mg will be a problem. If you don't get nic-sick from it, do whatever it takes. Good luck!
Ive thought about doing 12mg in my subs myself. How is it? Harsh? Nicotine buzz? A lot of my fav commercial juices only come in 0, 3, and 6 so i was gonna add nic to one of these to get it to 12 and see what happens.
