I am running an Ego-T with 1000mAH batteries. Decided to try a cartomizer and ordered one that was rated at over 2.0 ohms. I have looked around on the forum and can't find the answer. So, am I going to have burnt tasting everything or is it going to work at all? I ordered the Fluxomizer from GotVapes 2.6-2.8 ohm. Bear with me, only doing this for a month. Thanks for the input.

No reason it should be burnt tasting and it certainly will work. It just might not pack much punch (vapor, TH, or flavor).

Per this formula:

Watts (power) = Volts X Volts (of the battery) / Ohms (i.e., cartomizer resistance)

A ~2.7 ohm Fluxomizer on a 3.2 ohm eGo will generate only 3.8 watts of power (i.e., the intensity of the vape). Many vapors find 6-8 watts to be the "sweet spot." So :(. [That 2.6-2.8 ohm Fluxomizer probably is intended for use on a 5V mod (9.3 watts) or at least a 3.7V Riva, KGO, or mod (5 watts).]

For me personally, I need something like the smok Tech 1.7 ohm Mega Single Coil carto (e.g., from Crystal Clear Vaping or SmokTek) to get the vaping intensity I desire on the 3.2V eGo (6 watts).
