I think I was on information overload. I thought the used price was 120, not the new blemished ones from the Reo shop. Thanks for that clarification. Sometimes I lose momentum in a conversation when the pets are acting like children around here. Squabbles, attention grabbers, crashes...you know what I mean? Well then, in the future I might get the 1600 AW then. For right now, the best bet would be the Samsung 25R to use on the Reo then. I do have those. It is my favorite actually, so that is good to know, that they will work. Yes, I may try suh ohming in the future. I am thinking seriously about it. Thank you all once again for jumping to the rescue. I like to know all about stuff, before I take the plunge. I need to go look at the accessories pretty quickly too. Today I have been busy though. After while I will try to see what all I am going to have to have like the extra spring etc...
thought you might have meant the 120, that's the price roughly of the blem mods on the reo site. Those will come with the new 510 and the new contacts. Just cheaper cuz they are blemished (supposedly) lol Was just saying that if you get one from the classies, to take into consideration how much you're paying, bearing in mind that you may want to send it in for new 510 and contacts.
I'm not great on batts, mostly repeating what i've heard.......but since you said you may try some sub ohming (I think that you said that anyhow), the 2000 have a lower amp rating, I think 10 but not sure and it seems like a lot of places aren't carrying them now, or are out cuz I just tried to look it up. The 2200 I believe are 20 amp and the 1600's are 24 amp. Rob recommends the aw imr button tops and that the firing pin was designed for those. The flat top samsung 25r will be fine and you have those right?
