Thinking About the Extender? My Story . . .

Been using the original AW IMR 18490 3.7V 1100mAh batts I ordered with my ProVari two years ago. Each charge lasted about 1.5 days, the way I vape.

Local batteries Plus store doesn't stock the 18490s. They DO stock Tenergy 18650s. (Tenergy also makes the charger I bought from ProVari). So I ordered a Black Satin extender and bought a couple of 18650 3.7V 2600mAh batts. Charged 'em both. Inserted one into my Provari at 7:30pm last Monday.

Result? It's almost precisely four days later. vaping as usual. That's 96 hours. The ProVari has yet to start blinking. Still going as strong as Day One.

If you're on the fence about an extender, you're looking at one happy - and amazed - vaper.

You dont vape as much as I do apparantly. I will use 3 to 4 AW 18350's in a day. .... or two AW 18490's in a day. With that said.....

If you want them to last even longer than the AW's and especially the Tenergy, get the Panasonic 18650 2900PD's button top .... Incredible.

I believe the Tenergy cell is a panasonic or sanyo (now a division of panasonic anyways. lol) good batts for sure.

Damn I must be a super vapin fool; I only get about 4-5 hours on a AW 18650

Hmm. I've heard similar seemingly short durations between charges. But I vape all day (and night) EVERY day (and night), on a 3.0 oHm cart at 4.5 V. Reloading with juice 2 or 3 times a day. Around 3ml a day. Hmm.

Thunderball, 3-4 18350's in a day? Wow, you must vape a lot. My 18350 lasts me most of the day. I am using a carto tank, carto 2.8-3.0 ohms at 4.5 volts. Just curious, what's your set up like?

Im going through 2-2 1/2 18490s a day. Im sure working in a vape friendly environment helps that along

That's about my rate, too.

I wish we could find good 18350s like those Panasonics you're describing (and that I just purchased) because I don't want to use the extender all the time.

FINALLY my ProVari started blinking, signaling time to replace the batt. After FIVE DAYS & EIGHT HOURS! That's 128 hours of happy vaping at my usual rate.
