Just took a look at Ampus. Sharp & interesting, but not for me. No single coil option & probably too airy.
Been on maybe list for awhile. I don't drip a lot. Only have dual drippers, think I would enjoy single more. Want squonk pin, know I'll get a squonk mod eventually.

So yesterday I received a Smoant Battlestar mod to add to my collection. I had ordered it on a flash sale some time ago from one of the many China suppliers. It was very cheap. Why am I posting this news in a MKL200 thread? Because I was surprised to find that the Smoant had the same ST200 chip and display with one major difference. On the Battlestar they have included tcr settings as an option in the display for temperature control. This tells me that Thinkvape intentionally ordered the chip without this tcr feature from the chip manufacturer. I am guessing that it was a marketing decision. Due to the pricing of the MKL 200 (which they now call the Panzer on their website) I think they were concerned about competing with their own higher line dna based products. If they were going to do that they should have ordered the chip without any tc. Just my opinion. I think they made the wrong choice.
I still love the MKL200 as a vw box for the look and feel and the fact that it fires quickly, no delay at all. Just be aware that the tc is useless on this mod.

I rarely use tc. Either I just don't care for it or am just plain not getting something right. VaporDNA has it listed as Exus Ark. In my head I call it Ark MKL. Knew it would only be power mod. Would have ordered it regardless. It's just so sexy! Excuse me while I go shower.
