Third times the charm ?

Th Cole Bishop amendment, to basically save e-cigarettes as we know them, passed out of the house committee for the third time.

The problem is the same people who did not vote for it back in April are still there which makes me wonder why the outcome will be different.

That's great that it passed. I guess all we can do is contact our reps (again). You know, weird stuff just passes sometimes... and sometimes it doesn't. I shall... maintain limited optimism for now.

I just came back from the gas station and to be honest if the FDA regulation went into full effect the e-cigarette section would not look any different. It was all Blu and Vuse, both of which should survive the regulations.

Hopefully this time around the crooks will have educated themselves and grown a conscious. I know that it's a lot to expect of those that represent us but you never know.
