Should be approved, BUT by the same criteria, e-cigs, if it helps stop smoking, why not?

Because it looks like smoking, of course! :p

That's if cigarettes were 8-10 inches long and had a 3/4 inch - 1 1/2 inch diameter.

:D

And like somebody's shirt avatar says... because they're ....ers!

this will probably be prescribed every day by every doctor in the states. you can tell from the stats...

so you'll be back next month for another costly doctors visit...

Meh, I'm there anyway. Just something else to talk about during my visit.

The bad thing will be if they do what the magnetic zapper people are planning on when the resubmit their more expensive version 2, and only sell it through migraine specialists.

I don't see this device causing the government to lose billions of dollars in tax revenue like smokers switching to vaping would so why would the FDA not approve it?

It's all about the money! Our government truly does NOT care about our health if tax dollars (or special interest contributions) are at risk.

Have you noticed how many of these regulation proposals contain taxes along with the regulation? They are wasting no time.

Well, I get the argument but migraines just happen, nobody is forcing you to smoke...

Yeah, that was what I said when that heinous Master Settlement Agreement was passed. I thought it was heinous then, and now as we see, I was RIGHT!

Just judging from the amount they charge per pill for migraine meds I'm betting it will cost too much. I don't know how my insurance works with appliances.
I'd try it just to cut down on migraines but I really wanted the magnet zapper one because it is used as needed to stop migraines, but after seeing their marketing decisions I'm sure that's going to be priced out of reach (besides the extra doctor and travel time to find a specialist center).
