I do not have the S, but I have used one. It's a really nice mod. The only niggle is the (easily replaced) tank... With the bubble glass, the battery tube cannot be easily removed without first taking the tank off. Of course, if you get just the mod and not the kit...

Which Pico? I have 5 versions....
Pico 75 - no longer used, no longer use tanks that fit it.
Pico Dual - used for my OBS Engine with a 0.18 build
Pico Squeeze - with my Oumier Wasp Nano and Hadeon Entheon
Pico 25 - for my OBS Engine Nano's and Smok TFV8-X's
Pico 21700 - for my Greekvape Zeus's and soon my Augvape Intake.

I started with the pico 75w and fell down the rabbit hole

I now have 2 pico 75w, 1 pico 25 80w and an Eleaf invoke (dual battery)

Love the pico 75w's with 22mm RTAs. The pico 25 80w is only slightly fatter but holds attys up to 25mm

They take a lot of punishment and like energizer bunnies - just keep working ;)

There only downside is the adjustment buttons are on their butts.

Pico 75w on left - pico 25 80w on right. Sjmy doggystyle RTAs on top

I have two Pico 75 W's still in use. I had to retire my Pico 25 recently because the battery cap would not stay closed. I tried one of the battery caps from my Pico 75's and it still wouldn't stay closed. I think the plastic in the body of the mod started to separate or something. Anyways, the Pico 75 is built better in my opinion.

The 21700 is the s model. That's the one I am interested in.

I wasn't the hugest fan of the pico, honestly, I just didn't care for the removable battery one for whatever reason, I will say they are well liked in general, and some folks just love them. They're said to be fairly reliable and certainly a great deal for the price.

For me, meh, it's just one of those things, Joytech seems to be a vendor I just don't get along with and it's weird, because their sister or parent company Eleaf, well I do like their stuff. I sort of joke that they start the new engineers at Joytech and well, graduate them to Eleaf once they have experience. I'm thinking the maker of the Joyetch CLR coil was some sort of Elan Musk type savant, and they hid him away to make custom offerings.

But I am mostly kidding, although I will say, whether it's *I* get it in my head and it's a self fulfilling prophecy then, Joytech and I just don't do well together.

But, there are tons of folks that will give you the good the great, etc., so I figured I would offer up some of my "meh". It does NOT mean it's not a good, useful, or excellent mod, it's just not to my taste.

I've got two Pico 75s, since I tend towards smaller tanks (18mm mini Buddhas go very nicely) and those mods are great.
Also got the Pico RDTA, but not too impressed with it. The internal battery is a bit lacking (especially with the dual Claptons it comes with), the chuff cap tends to get loose and fall out of the barrel and I don't like using chuffs anyways.

Looks like there are not many in use yet, at least around here :)

DJLsb Vapes has a review on it here. Seems like it's another good product, but the 510 connector may be a bit different from what they have on the 75 watt. My bet is they are probably just as good, but that's just my opinion.

I was eyeing the Pico 21700, but it isn't widely available, pretty expensive, and it's not really all that "pico"; almost as large as the smallest double-18650 mods :ß

My 75 watt Picos are my go-to mods for everyday use these days. I have to agree the bigger size of the 21700 makes this one not as attractive for me. I love the pocketability of the 75 W, I'm very happy with 22'ish mm diameter atties and I never get close to using up an 18650 battery over a day at work vaping at around 15 watts. OTOH, for anyone looking for some of those features for a few extra bucks the 21700 might just be perfect for them

I got my Pico 21700 kit with tank for $29.99. Eightvape.com still sells them at this price, but every shipment sells out fairly quickly.
Eightvape also sells the Pico S kit w/ tank for $39.99.
As far as size, the Pico 21700 is barely bigger than the original Pico and nowhere near the size of smaller dual 18650 mods. It is almost exactly the same size as the Smok Alien AL85, and close to the size of 2 18650 batteries side by side.
The main reason I stayed away from the Pico S is because the battery tube is free floating and only attached by the threads.

That is 2 18650's in front of the Pico 21700.

The 510 on the Pico 21700 is different. It is deeper and the spring loaded center pin has a longer throw for use with larger attys that have longer 510s.
The only time I can tell much of a size difference between it and the Pico 75 is when I hold one in each hand or after I immediately switch from one to the other.
A Pico 21700 and a Augvape Intake RTA are my daily pocket carry. The 21700 is tiny and the top airflow of the Intake means it never leaks.
A Samsung 40T 21700 battery gets me through 2 days at work vaping at 14 watts and I vape constantly.

    I agree, lol.

Pico 21700 with Intake. My out and about pocket setup.

I suppose I'm too spoilt by all the mega bargains I've bought so far x,x

Pico 21700 is ...nowhere near the size of smaller dual 18650 mods.
    Lets do an adhoc comparison...

    The Pico 21700:
    Height: 77 mm
    Width: 26 mm
    Depth: 51 mm

    My Espion:
    Height: 84 mm
    Width: 28 mm
    Depth: 43 mm

    It's close.

    On paper.........
    The Tessera is 83mm x 42mm x 30mm, but here it is with a Pico 21700.

I have looked at measurements many times and purchased a mod thinking it wouldn't be much bigger than another I have only to find the real world experience vastly different.
Technically you are correct, but a few millimeters makes a BIG difference when we are dealing with already small mods.
A 25mm atty isn't much bigger than a 22mm one until you try to put it on a mod that only accepts the latter, or hold them side by side. :p

On a side note, at lower wattages I like that I get better battery life from a single 40T 21700 than I do with a dual 18650 mod w/ HG2s. YMMV.

I really need to start standing next to fatter people............

    And the Eleaf Invoke: 77x27x45mm
That's smaller than the Pico 21700
