Hi Kate

I had a nose around and they seem to be a legitimate HK based Paypal equivalent. What I can't find out is if they have a reciprocal agreement with PP. DC2k08 and me went over this a while back - both of us felt pretty wiggy about the passthrough of funds using CTOpay (this was for Loongtotem stuff), and I have to say PP did nothing to reassure me. DC, did you end up ordering (paying) via CTOpay?

Emp- that is hte answer4 you got from paypal? It's full of grammar errors- This is the kind of business we're entrusting our money to? They answered absolutely nothing- all they did was inform you that htere are other payment methods available for crying out loud- we already knew that!
