Hi jfoster1, you would have received an email with your ticket number and that your ticket was submitted. If there was an error in your email address or if for some reason emails from madvapesfaq.com are blocked you may not receive a response. If you have your ticket #, you can log in to view the response if you haven't received it by email.

But if email seems to be working correctly and you haven;t received a response then it's something that I need to look into. Do you have the ticket # by chance?
