Is the ticket system working? I did one Monday and another yesterday, for the same thing, I haven't heard back yet on either one. With Christmas close I'm getting in a pinch with this gift I bought.
I submitted 2 tickets last week with no emailed ticket receipt confirmation or support response. Based on my past satisfaction with madvapes, however, I'm still a loyal customer.
