Any suggestions? I dont like the stock, fluval isnt working well for me and the PTB isnt working well either! It drips just fine, but i hate being tied to the bottle so much, and dipping gets me frustrated. What am i doing wrong? I love my e-cigs that go with these carts exclusively, and i want them to work a little better!!!!

It would help if you could state what the specific problem is aside from what you tried that did not work well. Also which model of ecig you use may assist in shedding light on the issue a bit as well.

Are they not wicking well?
Are they not giving enough vapor?
Are they not giving enough tatse?
Are they not lasting long enough?
Are they too hard to refill?
Have you tried things like the straw mod if the issue is they are hard to refill?
Are you finding they just arent as nice as when you drip? (dripping can spoil us as I do not think any cart is as nice as a direct drip)
Perhaps you have a different issue than above?

The better you can descibe the issue the better we can understand and hopefully assist.

Sounds like a portable PCC type...ala Volcano or that which shall not be named.... when you try to refill those tiny cups, even if you manage to align the bottle just right, the liquid catches on the plastic remainder from when you pull off the foil keeping the stock liquid in. Filling with a syringe works ok, but it's a pain. The best bet is to keep several filled and available. There is also a thread somewhere about poking a VERY tiny hole in the side of the cup near the back to allow air pressure to equalize...kind of like a straw without using precious liquid space.

I've tried the 'pinhole' method - wasn't thrilled with it.

Topping off a good and warm cart had the juice leaking out the pinhole and down my fingers?!?!? Was surprised it would flow that well.

And ultimately, I didn't notice any real benefit to helping drain the cart.
Bummer. :(

They don't drain very well for me, the fluval does the most so, but it cuts out the taste (and even tastes kind of bad) and it also does not produce much (if any!) vapor. i've tried it loose, tight and in between. it hits well, just takes the vapor away. I use it on my 510 and dont have these problems... the PTB works well on my 510 also. the PTB on these do not seem to wick well and im constantly topping off. i think the real issue is that these little buggers just don't hold very much. I was just looking for someone else who has figured out a way to push them to their limits..

It definitely takes a lot of effort and a problem solving mentality and research and discussion on the forums to get to a solution that works for you. I'm still on a path myself. See thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/joye-510/44983-my-510-has-no-throat-hit-help-please.html
Have you looked into the "ADP/ADM" spring mod? I haven't tried it yet, but I understand that it's a cart mod so good that I understand many drippers think it is the bomb: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/experiments-equipment/46125-i-call-adp-mod-auto-drip-mod.html
I wish you the best of luck! Don't get frustrated, and keep on trying!

To maximize juice capacity, you want some sort of plug mod (like the ADP mod mentioned earlier). Use just a bit of filler (whatever works) right at the top (atty end) of the cart, and fill the rest with just juice, plus whatever minimal support is needed for the plug (a straw that's cut up to fit, with holes cut out wherever possible, can work nicely).
