um....well......there is the word "space" in your name dear. BTW.....did anyone notice the Google doodle for a cat in a box? It made me think of you spacekitty. LOL

the owner of the "park" I live in has decided to change the rules....and now if your dog dies and you want to get a new dog....it has to weigh less than 20lbs. No problem...I have always wanted one of these:

of course......that hair would end up pink.

Only pink?

That doodle was for Schroedinger's birthday.

wow CES...that's really uncool. LOL poor dogs....and after all the times they have sat still and worn all those silly outfits for you to photograph? Maybe you could let them help feed the kitties across the street.............

they get treats for the silly outfits. they're happy to do it (not)

Our kitties eat so much better than we do... sometimes I've eyed a can of their food with longing eyes..."if I just put it in the microwave for a minute, it CAN'T taste that bad...can it?"

umm...i bet it tastes worse than even my cooking

speaking of tips for the day...Zak...why won't my coils glow? And before you ask..no none of them are touching each other and yes the battery is charged. Also....can someone please explain to me what would make an eliquid burn BESIDES the hardware? It's obviously the liquid itself....I just want to know why?

they should only glow when you're "dry burning." If you've already got juice on them, you actually don't want them glowing.
coils touching coils won't actually short out, that's kind of the theory behind micro-coils.
do you mean burn as in with a flame?

no Zak it was two completely different questions. Yes, dry burn...that is what I mean. No glow with a dry burn. And the liquid question is because I recently bought some new liquid that I got a sample of an really loved. The sample was 70/30 PG-Vg. I noticed that it tended to burn a little so when I ordered it I ordered 50/50 and it's even worse. No matter what device I out it in...it tastes burnt...and burns my throat. Keep in mind I only do low voltage vaping.

What voltage are you set to when you're testing the coils? I'm usually at 3.2 to start, if they don't heat up, I'll up it in .2 volt increments until they do. What is the resistance of your coil(s)? (ohm reading). A higher resistance will need higher voltage to start glowing, sometimes as high as 3.7-4.0 if you're up in the 2.5-3.0 ohm range. As far as burning, I'm having trouble not burning juices when I build coils below like 2.0 ohms (I've been playing with 28g wire and I keep making coils in the 1.1-1.4 ohm range). Yeah, the Provari and Semovar will fire it, but even as low as 3.0 volts, there is still too much power going through the coil.

right...so your answer could be interpreted to mean.....I'm wrapping the coil too many times because I am deliberately looking for a high resistance coil?

As for this juice burning I still don't think we are on the same page. There is something about THIS juice.....I never have any issues at all with any other liquid I use. I'm thinking they are cutting it with alcohol or water because if this is 50% VG it's awfully thin.

so tell me..this activity....this RBA thing.....this is supposed to be pleasurable? Or is it simply a test of some kind?

so the one I just tried...2.6 ohms...the battery is just a stock single voltage mod....with a 18350 that is 4.2 off the charger. nothing. well it seems to heat up a little ...but it never glows

2.6 seems a little high. Though the good thing is, if you're not getting any glowing at all, you've got no hot spots.
I wonder if you're having a wicking problem on the thin juice. What are you using for wick?
Can you post a picture?
