I look at it like this. Whether or not we are aware of it, as vapers at this time in history, we are ambassadors of a very important advent. It's important because it is going to save lives.

With this in mind, let's be as courteous and well spoken about vaping as we can. Good things will follow.

vaping in front of others needs to happen, or they will not discover it. But also, vaping angrily or impudently is not efficient to the cause, because along with bringing the information to those who need it, we are also ambassadors of acclimating those who hold ill will toward cigarette smoke (and rightly so).

There is a right way to behave in public with your vapor, and a wrong way. Not trying to be controlling or judgmental - just thinking of the end result and the overall good.

I live in Phoenix, AZ and vaping is not widespread here. I hardly ever see a "vaper in the wild." I am always keenly aware that the way I behave in public with my accoutrement is making history in some small way. I'm helping change the world while I help myself.

This makes me happy.

Everyone here on this forum is a world changer.

Congratulations and vape wisely.

Im working in CO Springs and yea its pretty vape deficient here. Even Pueblo has a couple of vape shops.

EDIT:Hard to believe a town that has a medical Marry Jane dispensary on main st dose not have a vape shop!

We DO have a couple of shops in the Springs. J Vapes is great and they are located on Academy, Rad Vapor is downtown on Tejon. Try them out! I just don't see anyone vaping outside of those shops. I should be a trendsetter though . . .

I brought my Vamo to the casino last night. I pulled it out a bunch of times and didn't get a single comment.

I was really expecting to get tackled and having to explain exactly what it was.

Hey Footbag... What casino were you at? I did they same thing this weekend at Mohegan Sun Casino here in NEPA without incident.

Ha ha so true. Most of the year, I am running from one air conditioned place to the next. As fast as I can.

Right now though is a great time to be in Phoenix. The weather is absolutely stellar. It will remain this way till late February, so catch it while you can.

Rad Vapor downtown has mainly beginner setups. They do carry some Pink Spot and Juicy Vapor there though. J Vapes carries their entire line of juices (which are REALLY good), eGo setups, mech mods, rebuildables, APV's, and Vapelyfe gear. For more variety, I'd probably go to J Vapes, though Rad is decent enough as well if you need some juices or back up batteries. Good luck!

If you will be in town on October 26th, we're having a vape meet at the Old Chicago's on Academy and Austin Bluffs. Giveaways, hang out, etc. Check out the event info on this Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/socovapers

I agree-but i still find myself being very discrete about it. We are role models. So we must be curious. We are the future. We can make it or break it!

I am in RochesterNY and..................NY state law on ecigs is as follows: New York State banned the use of e-cigarettes within 100 feet of a public or private school entrance in September 2012, and banned e-cigarette sales to minors starting on 1 January 2013.[66] Source Wikipedia.

I can agree with these laws. It is not the laws condemning us it is our society.

Darn it if you cant vape in front of school or sell ecigs to a minor next they will be telling us we cant carry M16 around locked and loaded or have homemade bombs at large public events! I dont recognize this country anymore!!!!

I do vape in resturants, but most mpeople dont notice it. I do the "double-triple inhale" and exhale downwards. They dont see the vapor that way. Its the same as I do in a theater.

They do see my Mod go in my mouth and on the table, but usually just go back to eating when they dont see all that cloud. When you get the stealth vaping down pat, most folks dont know what your doing, and those that do end up giving you a little smile.....

We have 2 shops now. JVapes and RADVapor. Both are new businesses locally and are eager to please. I frequent Jvapes because of the people (the staff are very friendly and helpful) and I get to try liquids before I buy. Just wish I was closer so I could visit without having to make a special trip into town since I HATE traffic and with the construction on I25 I avoid it like the plague. (I'm in Monument)

Ya, you go ahead and stand outside and vape, I'll be inside vaping chatting up the staff and oogling the mods. :)
