I got my Igo-S today, and THAT was a well-spent $10.99 plus shipping; the thing is PERFECT for me; tight-ish draw, nice and warm, I completely love it.

Unfortunately, while I ordered a straight cone to go with it, they sent a flared cone. I emailed the vendor and he said they'd send me out the correct one by tomorrow's mail... tomorrow is Friday... so I may have it by the middle of next week.

Also got my 12mg Blueberry Muffin from Sweet-Vapes today; I use that to boost the nic and the PG in the Blueberry Muffin from Hard Rock Vapor, which I LOVE, but it's 50/50 PG/VG, much too much VG for me, and HRV only sells 8mg or 16mg; 8's too low and 16's too high, so I have to do *something*.

The Banana Nut Bread finally shipped from High Desert Vapes today... may get it tomorrow, but more likely Saturday.

You're lucky to have post on Saturdays. We only have post Monday to Friday.

I'm not a fan of dripping but I hear that they are the best for flavors and such.

Tried double mint today... Strong, really strong but still it has a backtaste of peppermint. I'll try to up the vg and cut down the flavor a bit and see how it goes :)

I'm not really a fan of it either, much too "fiddle with it every minute" for me, but since starting this DIY thing, my desire for an easy way to taste-test new stuff progressed to an actual need, and that Caterpillar wasn't cutting it. Now even if I only mix a small 5ml batch to try some new idea or recipe, I'll have a very easy way to test it out, and actually be able to taste it. I tried out my regular Virginia in it yesterday, to see how a familiar flavor would do, and it's just perfect, tastes exactly as it ought to, so I'm confident I'll be able to get a legitimate taste from it with new stuff -- no more surprises from test to tank.

Well I'm having one disappointment after another... I can't stand almost no flavor for more than half an hour or so before I start getting tired of it.

Blackcurrant is OK for a few hours but the smell, although nice starts upsetting the wife. Double mint tastes like very strong peppermint gum... 30 minutes before I sick of it. Fresh base is a normal mint so basically two hours and I'm done.
I also have milk chocolate flavor but haven't got a chance to mix something up with it but no hopes on that one.
I do have a bottle of cherry mint but I don't like mint so that's certainly a no go
Need to check if inawera makes ice menthol... Last hope.

Didn't buy anything vaping related today but put down an order for a raspberry pi b+, case and wifi dongle.. Does that count?

What's raspberry pi b+?

You like menthol, but not mint? That is truly bizarre! What about the chocolate with the peppermint? I love that combo; my major problem is, I can't find a really chocolatey tasting ejuice. I'm not a huge fan of mint by itself, but with chocolate I like it. Not wild about cherry anything except cherry soda, like Mountain Dew Code Red; to me "cherry mint" sounds vile. Like something from a dentist's office, or some awful kid's medicine.

I finally got my Banana Nut Bread ejuice today. I can tell that High Desert Vapes is cleaning out their old stock; if that 50% off sale wasn't enough of a tip-off, their answer to my request to make it 80PG/20VG instead of the default 70/30 was that all their bases are pre-mixed, but when I ordered some from them back in March, I asked for 100% Pg, and they obliged, though it took longer than usual to get it. So for now they're apparently just getting rid of their old stock, I guess to make sure they're in compliance with whatever new rules go into effect after whatever the FDA decides goes into effect.

Now I'm about to mix up a new batch of my Blueberry Muffin/Banana Nut Bread. Yay. :D

Hi again

Yeah, it's weird... Menthol is fine as its just cold and no noticeable taste per se but mint like peppermint... Blah... Don't like it for too long

About the raspberry pi... It's just like a small computer the size of a credit card with nice multimedia capabilities like hdmi output, audio and 4 USBs for connectivity.. You can set it up like a media center although it's true purpose was always educational since it's so cheap and versatile.

You can find interesting information here : www.raspberrypi.org

I'm glad you have found nice flavors to keep you happy and even pushed you to Die :)

I agree that the store must be trying to dump their stock but not because of the FDA... They still will take a few months to propose anything

Heheheh... I like it too. It's a shame it's quite expensive when compared to inawera for example. Problem is that inawera makes mint juices but no ice menthol... The taste gets on your nerves after just a few hours.

By the way, the blackcurrant is from inawera. Really nice and clean... Just can't vape it pure too much at home because everybody notices.

I need to send those guys at wicked an email asking them to release the formula if they ever go out of business. I can't see myself vaping anything else :(

Hey Tony. Check this out. I noticed this morning that my Visine eye drop bottle looked familiar. It's got a pull-out nozzle! Wash/alcohol an empty one out real good and you got another carry around Ice bottle!

Unless of course there's something unsafe about this that I don't know...

I've seen enough people with the MVP that I figure I must be missing out not having one. So while at my local B&M this weekend one of the guys had one which has replaceable batteries...much more appealing than the prior models which I deemed disposable. Yet it comes with a price...$130. Holy smackaroli, why? I will get one I'm sure but dang, will it do more than power things? Can I hold it to my head and call my wife...aim it at some road hog truck and disable his Peterbilt...or hook it to my riding mower and jump the battery? Hmmmm...will it make me a happier vaper? All good questions. I too have been dipping into the well of vaping accessories and spent a small fortune on the stuff. If only I could find that one tank that doesn't leak, gurgle, or singe my larynx and doesn't burn through atomizers every 3 days. Point me to that holy grail and I'll spend more money :)

It's probably safe if you really make sure to get it clean, and that alcohol rinse you mentioned, after a thorough washing. But you might want to also remove the label -- I can tell you that ejuice in the eye burns like hell!!! :D

I snuck into the Warehouse this morning and ordered 250ml. Does it freeze freeze? Would I need to thaw? Never done it before so I don't know.

Thanks man.

Oh and you can freeze it... I did that experiment last week and it worked :D

Kayfun definitely or a Protank 3 with home rebuilt coils. No flooding / gurgling or dry hits and no leaking for more than two months now.

I'd definitely +1 or +1,000,000 on the Kayfun. The only time mine has leaked is when I went from 75 degree air conditioning out to 95 degree summer humidity, and even that leak wasn't much; I had my kayfun on a vv3 with a flared cone, and I noted a trace of juice on that top flat surface of the cone when I took the kayfun off for refilling. What I have *never* seen is any leaking via the 510 connector; I think that small leak that was due to heat/pressure differences was probably from the airhole and it ran down to the bottom.

I dunno about an MVP with removable batteries; only ones I've seen had an integrated battery. But you can use it to charge your phone, or another mod -- like an iTaste vv3 that uses a regular micro-USB for charging.
