It'd be a future entry in the What's the stupidest thing you did due to vaping? thread.

Thanks Andria!

It's probably safe if you really make sure to get it clean, and that alcohol rinse you mentioned, after a thorough washing. But you might want to also remove the label -- I can tell you that ejuice in the eye burns like hell!!! :D

I snuck into the Warehouse this morning and ordered 250ml. Does it freeze freeze? Would I need to thaw? Never done it before so I don't know.

Thanks man.

No, it does not freeze. It just gets thick.

But, you do need to let it sit for a while after you remove it from the freezer to let it get to room temperature. I understand it's to avoid getting condensation in your nic, I think.

Basically that.

I frozed 100 ml for almost 48 h. I then removed the bottle and let it warm up at room temperature (100F at the time) when I cut it down to 18mg, I did a ml test with both the frozen and unfrozen liquid and I honestly couldn't tell a difference so for me it's good to freeze. When you think about it, it doesn't have any complex flavor (mostly menthol crystals) so there isn't anything to go bad. I've frozen 400ml now in several 100ml glass bottles (amber colored) and will unfreeze a bottle at a time when I need it.

Do not freeze it in the plastic bottle. Always use amber or blue cobalt glass bottles. The liquid doesn't expand so you can top it off.

The liquid unfreezes quite fast (like 4 times faster than water). During the winter period I'm sure that probably some crystals will remain crystallized (it also happens with the unfrozen liquid sometimes so I heard) but just warm it up 10 sec in the microwave and it's good to go :)

Thanks Tony! Adding bottles to the list I'll have to post here soon.

Ok, so it's not the MVP...it's the Itaste VTR: iTaste VTR

I like those A LOT, but, a kayfun won't fit in the little side-pocket, and I just don't care for the look of the kayfun mini, it's just too dang tall. So, if I ever do get a box mod, I'll probably get an MVP2; can use a kayfun with it, the battery charge lasts a LOOOOOOOONG time and it can charge other stuff, and it's an Innokin product that's gotten all great reviews (unlike their SVD).

I haven't really been thrilled with the idea of a box mod, but someone posted a pic of an MVP and a vv3 side-by-side, and I realized -- it's just a WIDE BODY vv3! :D

Ok, great news!

0. Didn't buy anything vape related

1. Bought some jewelry for the wife to make up for my evic. Shoes didn't quite cut it so I had to step up a bit.

2. A dear friend from ECF sent me some (or should I say a lot?) rayon to try out. I'm picking up the package in 6 hours and I will report back my experience with it

3. I made my first ever twisted coil on my kayfun nano and it vapes great! I already had plenty of vapor but with this coil it feels and looks more thick and velvet like

4. Finally discovered the mysteries of high vs low ohm builds on regulated devices. There are a lot of myths out there but today it just clicked! I feel illuminated :)

Now the bad news:

1. Nano tank cracked horizontally near the lower threads... Not sure if due to stress, eLiquid or because of the fact I dropped my mod last weekend. I have no clear nano tank for my kayfun anymore. Glad I have 3 colored spares but they don't look as good. I ordered last week at fasttech two different nano kits but they will take some time to get here.

2. Can't find a cheap alternative
For My favourite e juice. Really considering going back to diy but last time results were limited.

4. Found a great nic base (inawera) but they don't supply over 36mg so even 1000ml won't cut it for more than a year (if I'm able to replicate the eLiquid)

That's all :)

I couldn't control myself. After work I ran out and picked up a VTR. I've been checking out videos of how people are cutting the ring off, but I can't really see doing that to such a beautiful machine. Here is it with a Pro2 and a Patriot RDA with the extension. It's really not that bad, and even though the Kayfun is taller and I'm sure would look even bulkier, I could live with it. Besides, if I were going to be in a social situation I'd be using either the Pro2 or iClear anyway, and with those the unit looks awesome. The RDA is great at home and actually I was quite surprised to see how well it performed at .6 ohms.

I have hit that Sweet Spot with my Vaping Set-up after 5 months. Happy with the gear I have. Only need to try a new atty or replacement coils[I mostly use RTA's] now and then. Pluse I have never had a good sense of taste[even when I quit smoking for 8yrs a long while ago] So not a flavor chaser. So Maybe $25-40 a month including Juice [ I DIY or buy in 120mil bottles on sale] going foward! Leaves extra money for donations to Vapers Rights Organizations.

Looks really nice but... I would dremel out that thing and fit a Kayfun :D :D :D

Picked up the rayon today and stuffed it into my nano kf... works pretty nice. Can't really say its better than my ekowool but it tastes nice and clear (but my eko also did). I probably overwicked it though, need to find some youtube videos and check out how it should be done but for now, its working real nice.

Or check out the huge thread here about rayon; tons of pics and videos in there about using that for a wick, and JeremyR also posts a lot of text about it.

It does need to be a lot more of a wick than with cotton, but if you're getting a decent taste out of it, it's probably not too much. When I've gotten too much, and gotten dry hits, the dry hit taste from rayon is a ton worse than a dry hit taste from cotton. With cotton you just taste... burnt cotton! With rayon dry hits, OMG, it's like chemical hell in your mouth/nose, really really nasty.
