I would extend my most sincere apologies to anyone who may have been hurt or offended by anything that I said. It certainly wasn't my intent to be hurtful to anyone. We were all very confused and in the dark. As Drozd said, both single posts and entire threads were being constantly deleted, which added to the speculation. Again, I am sorry if I added to anyones pain. I have enjoyed being a member of PIF and hope to continue to join in and contribute. Welcome back to all!

I've always believed that there are two sides to every story, and that the truth lies somewhere in between. Although we didn't know why we were banned, I'm sure Neph believed he was acting in the best interest of PIF, and he must have had his reasons for doing it. No one was told anything (including us) that made much sense, if we were told anything at all.
Under those circumstances, one could only speculate. That was the hard part, reading that (after the fact) and seeing it, not only here, but in other parts of ECF.
But, ya know, even though we all want to be loved by all, not everyone is going to (love or like us) and that's OK. Truth or not, partial or not, misconception or not; we are who we are, and now we just have to try and smooth things out as best as possible.

I couldn't agree with you more on this.
I remember an office drama and another person involved says "But I want you to like me. I want everyone to like me." I about fell through the floor. Good luck on that one.
Other people liking you is not a substitute for liking yourself.
As cold as this may sound, in real life I don't like everyone so why would I expect that everyone like me?
One can always be civil and cordial toward that person though.

Yesterday it was getting kind of steamy in another thread with Pam and Angelina so I needed to take my shirt off.
I know from experience that you can quickly get overwhelmed in this group with trying to keep everyone happy and keep the best interests of PIF heading in the right direction too. It can make your eyes cross and your heart break. You make decisions that have far reaching consequences that you don't realize at the time. You only realize them when it's too late to do anything about them. Then the snowball effects kicks in and well, you see what can happen. No single person is at fault and not every person that got banned did anything wrong. It is just something that happened and we have implemented plans that will prevent this from happening again.
Having said that, I can really see were Neph and GD were coming from. I left and no one knew why, so that added fuel to the fire. Hindsight is 20/20 and I should have handled that whole situation a lot differently, but I didn't and I am sorry for that. Knowing what I know now will only help make PIF better and stronger than ever before. Neph and GD are welcome back here if they decide to come back. I have no hard feelings towards anyone. I just want this group to get back to what it was meant to be. A fun place to help fellow vapers keep vaping.

Ok Mini..i have a solution..
First....whack your hubby with it....he wont do it anymore.
Next...scrub it very good with a brillo pad...clean and dry it.
Then....put some good crisco oil in the pan..and rub it good on the sides..
Put it in the oven on 250 for an hour or two....it will season the pan again..and should be good as new.
Next...hubby should be awake by now so, whack him again...to make double sure he understands these things.
Next..sit on the couch & relax...when he wakes up smile and ask him if he would like a beer or something to drink and maybe an aspirin or two.

LOL...I'm a guy...and I say that's a reasonable response for what he did....
but then heck I'm the one in our house that owns the cast iron and have to keep the fiance from touching it
then again when we first got together she didn't even know what a springform pan was either...cooking isnt her best trait

lol.... I'll just say the important part is that it's the type of pan needed to make a new york style cheesecake...
i's a round ring with a latch on the side to open and close it and a seperate piece for the bottom...so you lay the bottom inside the ring and close the latch and it tightens around the bottom and holds it in place....and when you're done baking in it...and things have cooled you open the latch and the ring opens and you can slip it off
