Hello everyone....new here....I have lots of questions and I have tried to research these questions but will leave it for the big dogs...first one for now....after properly filling you e-cig with ejuice...is the nicotine evenly distributed and can you get to much at once...overdose...really is not what I am looking for but get to much...how would you know....and is there anyway you could vape too much? Thanks....please excuse the simplicity.

Depends what you mean by "too much" - harmful or just more than you used to get by smoking.
Harmful: Deady dose is about 50-60 mg of nicotine at once (1-1.5 mg per each kilogram of your body weight).
On the other hand it's very easy to dose much more nicotine tha by smoking. Try to controll amount of liquid you vape everyday - luvflowers pointed a few reasons why.

That's really a difficult question to answer. I am sure that it's possible to vape too much, but it can be difficult to recognize the signs when you first start out. When I first started vaping I sometimes had headaches, sore throats, and a feeling of light-headedness. I thought it might be a sign of vaping too much, when in reality I suspect it was a sign of withdrawal from cigarettes. Cigarettes have addictive chemicals in them other than just the nicotine. After a couple of weeks of vaping, these symptoms went away. The sore throat turned out to be the result of my sinuses draining after years of being subjected to cigarette smoke. I can't tell you how much better it is now to be able to wake up and not have to spend the first hour of my mornings dealing with sinus issues. It was well worth the few weeks of dealing with a minor sore throat.

Hello luv,

Sure you can , I call it- nic sick , . How, by chain vaping , nic. level to high for your vaping style. You can get nic. in the e-liquid / juice 0 TO 36= to 3.6%.

The symptoms are like smoking ; you can get dizzy and / or sick to you stomach and you can get nic. absorbed through you skin , like getting juice on your hands , juice in mouth , inhailing to much at to high of levels than your use to.

Smoking gets the nicotine in your blood system faster , like just a few seconds. the smoke has smaller particles that absorb quick.
Vaping it takes a little longer to get the nicotine into your system, the vapor is water/steam like and the particles are bigger and do not absorb as fast or easy as smoke. So it may take a minute or so to get the nic.

Well I hope this helps you some. Best Wishes !!!!!!!

I have definitely heard of others who have done that, luvflowers. I've known many ex-smokers who have complained about wanting a cigarette years after having quit smoking. That may have been one of the reasons I put off quitting for so long. If you haven't smoked in 2 years then your symptoms are obviously not related to a withdrawal from cigarettes. You may indeed be suffering from too much nicotine. I started out with 18mg juice and quickly reduced it to 12. This was after smoking 2 packs a day for years. 24mg sounds kind of high for someone in your situation. Have you considered trying juices that don't have nicotine in them?

Well now that you've told us you haven't smoked for two yrs I would definitely say 24 mg is too high. Maybe 12 or even 8 mg. I began with 36 mg and now vape 8 mg and I have enuff nicotine in my juice.
