any chance you can do the outer sleeve in plastic instead of metal with the sticker? when the sticker starts to peel by day 2 and ya peel it off, biting down on that metal is tough on the teeth... black plastic with printing... that'd be nice... my dentist would thank you. maybe its cheaper to manufacture? i hope i hope.

When I clean mine or they get kinda rough looking I just recover them with contact paper. There is all colors of it, I lioke wood grain myself I even cover some of my batteries if they get old and scratched looking. Sometimes I put more than one layer on the carto to make it softer and the contact paper seems to last longer than the sticker that comes on them.

I'd be curious if that would melt. I agree that I don't like the sticker though. One more reason I peel it and the glue off and use a round tip.

Nope, wouldn't melt. I know a fellow vaper who buys cartos that come in plastic. Only thing is they don't open at the bottom. That said, no meltage, whatsoever. I think the bigger concern would be the fit using the current design with o-rings.

If we could have the current design in plastic, I'd be stoked!
