How about, to help keep it small (we are still talking ego size, right??), using a 14430 for the power source (unless, of course, Mike can find a 14500 with an honest mah rating)?

Not gonna happen we have to build this low cost and NO threads is the KEY to this low cost , the cap can be removed , it will have an Ego type switch on it .
