So I've stumbled across some interesting videos Qorax made about using Mesh coils with cotton and mesh wicks... what's interesting is that he is using them in RTAs and not gennies... I wanna give it a try...Anyone ever try this? I would think that it would just flood your deck??? Here is one video, he has quite a few on diff RTAs.
Here is a video of the mesh coil.. makes a little more sense..I would think the surface area of the coil would give better flavor, not sure..

Mine is a pita and the deck is different. I can't even get back@leftyandsparky and @Plettschner and any one else who cares:
Step one:
pour yourself a nice, strong drink (preferably Tito's Vodka on the rocks, in a Disney on ice cup) and take a couple vapes.
Step 2:
Make your coil and throw some wicking stuff in there. this is a 1.2 ohm, 29 AWG 1.5 mm ID coil. bigger builds would fit easier, if that's your thing. I'm using cotton bacon. I leave the tails long enough to wrap around the posts and touch each other.
Step 3:
fold the coils under the coil and "pack" the deck with the cotton. like so:
Step 4:
fill tank, assemble, finish drink, and vape away.
this as how I do the RDA as well. chain vaped a tank, and no dry hits. do take a look at the 510 pin when you get it. mine came with the squonk pin installed, and it would be leak city if you didn't squonk. (I still don't understand the reasoning behind a squonk pin on a tank?)
