That's how I see it, TT.

I vape to not smoke, although I do still vape at 18 mg/ml nic (nic without out combustion products is being shown to be about as harmful as coffee, and also being shown to be (perhaps, research continues) actually beneficial for certain ailments. That's my escuse, and I'm stickin' with it! ;) ). As an mtl tootler, I've found success for some 4 1/2 years now at being an EX-smoker. My morning chest rattle went away after less than two weeks off cigs, dentist says my gums are better, and so on.

I also keep my flavor % as low as I can and still have a good tasting vape. Less "stuff" inhaled, coils don't gunk as quickly, and cheaper!

Exactly David, I agree wholeheartedly. When I started vaping I went up to as high as 30mg/ml nic, but now I'm at 9mg/ml nic, and I too "Vape to Not Smoke". When I started Vaping my night time wheezing left me within a few weeks.

That one is new to me, but I wouldn't be surprise, I don't keep up on all the new findings like I used to. Makes me feel even better .

Give Me A Break will ya !! "Highly Addictive Substance" my foot. It's no more addictive than a regular cup of coffee (Pharmaceutical Grade Nicotine that is). What a bunch of "Cow Patties" that the Government makes manufactures put onto their products. :nah::nah:

Help! I just pulled my vision spinner out and after using it once, it smells weird and is really hot. What did I do wrong?

Sounds like an "Internal Short" and nothing you did wrong at all. Those Vision Spinner type batteries sometimes do that when they decide to die. Just pitch it and get a new one, as that one is fried.

I have, Coolfire IV with a Supertank Mini on it. Thankfully it was a clean toilet and I rescued the mod. Even so, the tank has never been used since...

Just shake it 3 times, wipe off the drip tip and vape. That's how real men do it, just don't kiss the wife for at least an hour though. ;)

Heck no! In the 3 years I've been in this apartment feral mom has dropped like 6 litters. I feed them sometimes but they don't come inside. They are wild kitties.

The thing is, you have to avoid the cigarettes if you are vaping for harm reduction, and MTL doesn't work for everyone. I find I need a mix of DL and MTL vaping. Some people need higher watts, some lower, some super tight draws, some super loose, some MTL, some DL. Should we try to limit the chemicals as much as possible> Certainly! But what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another, if it did we wouldn't have so many gear choices.

What I did was, early on when I had just started vaping, I did a search to find out how much Nic was in a regular (non filtered) cigarette. The only number that I found was 1.8mg of nic per non filtered cigarette (correct or incorrect that was the only number I could find), times 20 (I went thru a full pack per day at that time) and came up with 36mg per day that I was getting of nic. So, I then calculated how many ML's I was using in ejuice and at what mg level, and adjusted my juice intake to match what I used when I smoked. Then I went to work on my air flow and adjusted that so at the end of the day I was still using only 36mg of nic or less (the more air the more nic, like David already said). Then I went after my wattage and adjusted that all out so I was still staying within my 36mg's of nic or less per day (more wattage = more juice burned = more nic inhaled). Then, after all of that, I took notice of how many times I took hits in an hour (Hand to mouth is very important for a smoker) and adjusted even further. It's been a long time ago that I did all of that (and it took me several weeks to get it all figured out) so I might have forgotten something, but, I have lowered my nic intake from 36mg per day when I smoked, down to about 28-30mg per day and have stayed there for coming up on 3 years now. I do truly vape to not smoke. All of that said, the first thing you have to do is find a tank that doesn't leak or seep, and coils that work well for you, the battery is not a big deal really.

Edit; I did all of that with a Vision Spinner II and a EVOD2 as my starting vape setup back in Aug. of 2014, which I still have and use on occasion.

If dual coil, might have been. There was a spate of spinner type failures when the dual bottom coils first came out. Those little batteries just couldn't handle the current. I never ran my spinner types lower than about 1.5 with single coil builds.

That's where I usually ran mine. I tested both of my Spinner 2's and found that anything under 1.2Ω would not work (wouldn't lite up the coil and I got an error message, blinking lights I think).

"An average cat has 1-8 kittens per litter and 2-3 litters per year. During her productive life, one female cat could have more than 100 kittens. A single pair of cats and their kittens can produce as many as 420,000 kittens in just 7 years." Of course that's assuming many of the kittens survive which most usualy don't.

If you'd like to help end this cycle, call your local shelter or humane society and ask them if there is a TNR (trap, neuter, return) program in your area. Through this program feral cats are trapped and sterilized and returned where they were found. It doesn't cost you anything.

Anyway, I thought I'd let you know. The vet clinic where I worked for over 17 years worked with our local shelter to set this up in that area. It worked quite well.

I picked up a small handful of Spinner III's from FT a bit back. I was feeling nostalgic, and I have a couple of Mini RDAs that work quite nicely on those. I keep those coils about 1.2-1.5Ω and enjoy a very delightful vape :) Other than a thin topper, I don't like the "imbalance" of something like an Eggroll. I don't wield a scepter - I just VAPE!
