I hate to be the bearer of Bad news. I have been checking out the above link regarding the Deeming Regs the FDA wants to put in and it doesn't look good. Looks like they are going to adopt the original rules which will effect any vape product after Feb 2007. I'm just starting to get all the info. I don't know if it's panic time yet but this would basically put vaping in the hands of Big tobacco!!. I'm going to do more research as we all should do. But this really really SUCKS!!!!

Yes, most of us have, but that does not excuse Big Gov't & Big Tobacco from controlling our Lives. Making arbitrary rules without any fact is not what going to as they put it, Save the Children! Nice touch to get the lemmings to agree with them. It's time for us to take a stand. It's time for those who sit back to get involved.
We must call our so called congress people and tell them to pass HR 2058. Not the solve all bill but at least it will buy us more time.
Yes HR2058 could help.(yes I have called them) But In till we clean house and get rid of the dead wood.(Election)

I think they held off on releasing the Deeming until they were sure that 2058 was pretty much a done deal. It will also reduce government expense.
