I spent a lot of time on the Lemo V1 o-ring issue. First off, I found that they are not O-rings, they are "square O-rings". All this IAW theoringstore.com and an inch to mm converter.

O-ring Size inches: 3/4"ID X 7/8"OD X 1/16"CS
O-ring Size mm: 19.05mm X 22.225mm x 1.5875mm

018 Buna-N Square O-rings - Tetraseals [SN70018] : The O-Ring Store LLC, We make getting O-Rings easy!

Does this look correct?

I hear ya on looking for those Damm o-rings, I went thru this very same thing with my 25mm Siren.

I had that very one bookmarked my self from quite a while back, but think it's just a tad too small, the outer dim. leaves to much room to shift out of place and cause (at the very least) a vacuum leak, and at the most a juice leak. The height is a little too thick when you consider 1 on top and 1 on the bottom that might put too much pressure on the glass when tightened down and crack it.

I think the original square o-ring is like 1mm thick. IIRC the glass is 1.5mm thick so, 23mm outside dia. minus 1.5mm glass thickness would be about 21.5mm inside dia. I'm going from memory here @Frenchfry1942.

If you have an old Kanger Subtank Plus/Original you might try the bottom o-ring out of that, as they are 24mm and might be a "Close Enough for Government Work" fit, as those are of the square design also.

Those o-rings from FT just might work though, but, be careful when tightening the glass down as those o-rings are 1.5mm thickness and might crack the glass if tightened down too tight.

Did I dasassemble my Lemo and take measurements for no reason?

Sigh...

@Shawn Hoefer, no. It was my start. I have used the o-ring store before and has a huge inventory. I searched and found what I found out of five that I put in my cart, and then whittled down from there.

It would have been great if we had a direct link that said "FF, these are the ones you want", but nope, I did not see that.

But, your numbers did get me started. I will post results.

Wow, I fell behind. Took me all morning to catch up!
Looks like I got an early Mother's Day present. I guess the staircase was too bland as is. Written while taking extra puffs!

Sadly my 4yo has tagged pretty much every wall and door in my house.

At least you have your "Don't Panic" button and Joo Janta 200 Super-Chromatic Peril Sensitive Sunglasses - which in light of the current state of world affairs are far more useful.
My phone lock screen is "Don't Panic" ;)

Washing one down the sink is sooo easy to do. That's when I started using a metal strainer to wash off my atomizers in, back when I was running my Lemo every day, all day long, and found out how hard it was to find those o-rings.
Yep, I use the metal strainer method too. I don't like sticking my hand down the drain and fishing around blind.

Dang, got distracted yesterday and am 16 pages behind now
My thoughts exactly.

I am, well, at least will be when it gets here, the proud owner of a genuine Kayfun Lite. Got a good deal on it, along with an Avid glass tank kit that uses a threaded chimney to hold it together.

ETA: it's actually the Avid top fill kit with threaded chimney and quartz glass tank kit it's coming with.
