Dang...

Your vape is as big as the tower!

What size batteries does it take?

I'm heading to Portland next week. Might have to check out some B&M's while there :) Although, I'm a little anxious about declaring at the border on the way home.

Eh, just declare that you are a full-blooded Canuck, but you enjoy visiting your American Brothers and Sisters. Vape gear, whuss that? Roll stuff in your socks and make sure nothing "clanks"

Speaking of batteries I am going to order a pc680mj battery this weekend. It will deliver 1500w continuous for 2 minutes. Hook that up to a 70 amp charger and a couple of 2400 cfm cooling fans should work great for charging my vv3's

Gear isn't the problem. It's just electrical parts.

I'm driving so hoping it won't be a problem. Kind of a grey area isn't it? E-cigs/mods (not looking to buy juice) don't really fall under "Did you purchase any tobacco products?"

I don't think there is any grey area on gear. It is all fine. I have travelled 3 time since I started vaping without any problems. Security at CDG did take a close look at my tanks.

I need another juice burner, so the Boreas was a good choice. :D

All I can say is you certainly won't be disappointed with that aspect of the Boreas, between the new RDAs I've picked up recently and the Boreas my juice consumption went from 1-200ml a month up to 500+ml.

O.k. Nemmy Users - a hand for a Nemmy Noob, please? I have been using my Nemmy with one particular KSTM base that has been working exceptionally well. I wanted to throw another tank on it, but it won't fire. I've been fiddling with the contact pins (and just put in my new copper contact pins that arrived unexpectedly today :w00t: ) I'm backing out the top pin and setting the tank in the top cap. Once the tank is flush, I adjust the top cap pin until it's hitting the pin on the base. The switch pin is basically set all the way in (I'd seen that it's better to not adjust that pin?)

CanNOT get this tank to fire. I've tried a Nauti, and no fire either. I pulled out my DMM and confirmed that I don't have an "open" to the topcap.

Suggestions?

TIA

My problem solving routine goes like this.

Make sure tanks fire on other devices and the bottom pins are clean. (No shorts and resistance is ok and stable).
Find something else that fires on the mod.
Clean everything including maybe an eraser or superfine sand of the contacts.
Clean and carbon grease all the threads on the mod.
Adjust all pins
Try different tube sizes and batteries.

It has to be something annoyingly small. I do find my mechs dont perform as well with tanks that have floating pins and I generally use a dripper base for testing
