@Bea-FL here's the video. I watched it several times and now feel like a pro CLR rebuilder!

Those are the ones I have, and I ordered a pack of kanthal from ft. Figured I'd rebuild the titanium ones with kanthal too. I've also thrown a tank in the freezer before with good results.
