I am now
vaping the Nicolas
tank. I decided to go with the preinstalled 0.6 dual coil, as it's marketed as an "sub0hm MTL tank," so decided to try it that way. I am really liking it so far, and for the price I see it listed at now, I think it's a LOVELY tank. It came beautifully packaged and was very clean, though I did wash it, but there wasn't machining oil that I could see anywhere....
The flavor is great, not quite as complex flavor notes as I get on the Kabuki, but the coil is still breaking in. I'm on the second lowest of 5 airflow settings. This tank provides me a LOT of vape, but it tends to "pool" in my mouth, rather than go straight down into my lungs, even on the 0.6 coil... I'm
vaping it at 12 watts, and I have to say, I kept turning the wattage down because it provides a LOT of vape, with a very short pull, and if too much pools in my mouth, I will choke on it-- It's very sturdy in design and was super easy to set up and operate, and has topfill, which is nice. I'm noticing more and more flavor as I vape it, and I'd have to say in a lot of ways, this surpasses the Nautilus 2-- it's an easy topfill, it's 3 ml instead of 2, and I tried everything I could to make it leak, and it hasn't. The coil handles my "goopy" max VG very easily, and it's a super flavorful tank. I definitely prefer it to the Nautilus 2, I think, for a variety of reasons but also for flavor, the flavor is very good.... And filling is so much easier! I have a feeling that the 1.8 coil may be more of a "N2" style of vape, but I don't think I'll be finding out for a bit, as I am finding the 0.6 coil to be very satisfying and plan to see how long it lasts....
The more I vape it, the more I like it! It sort of has this MTL "feel" while still providing more vapor than the N2 in this interesting way, it's very cloudy (quite cool at my settings) but not overwhelming at all, with an easy, short pull... I haven't vaped the N2 0.7 coil in a while, will have to do a comparison. But, this is a tank I will definitely be using on a regular basis!
I don't know if a lot of you crazy tootle puffers have tried this tank or not, but it's one I hadn't heard much about, and I'm really glad I got to try it, I don't think I would have bought it otherwise (or even come across it)!
I'd say for price-wise it has several advantages over the N2-- No leaking, as you can't really go over that magic "fill" line, topfill which is always pleasant, and it's equally as flavorful as the N2 if not more so, with a slightly different "feel" to it which I am actually liking more and more. I don't know when Vapefly produced it, or what the status is as to coil life or being able to get coils easily, but once I find out, this is a tank I will be stocking up on coils for, as I do see myself using it quite a bit, not just as a backup tank but as a MTL tank that has a really quite different "vibe" but is very pleasant... As I vape, flavoring is intensifying....

The one I have is SS, but it's very light, it's not a super long tank, vaping it on my Aspire Zelos mod.... This is going to be my "other flavor for switching up" tank, I think, and probably my "Yogabreak" tank as it's satisfying with really just a very few drags, as it does seem to provide a bit more vapor, but I'd say it's a true MTL tank even with the 0.6 coil, and probably most definitely with the 1.8 coil.... I'll definitely be buying more coils once I decide which coil I like better, but I'm rather wow-ed in an interesting, new sort of way....
I think this might have been my first review, LOL. Maybe one of my last... But, I'm liking the tank a lot!
